作者潘绿昌(2019)在《贵州不同生态区灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬生物学特性、品质及产量的研究》一文中研究指出:灰毡/黄褐毛忍冬是贵州规模化种植的主要山银花品种,近年来,由于山银花价格低迷,经济效益欠佳,质量和产量参差不齐,品种混杂,药农积极性不高,导致贵州山银花种植面积持续减少。由于对山银花生物学特性、化学成分及药理药效等方面认识不足,系统研究不够,盲目扩大种植区域致使山银花产、质量下降,无能力抵御市场风险。因此,系统研究山银花生物学特性、光合特性、品质及产量迫在眉睫。本试验为揭示贵州不同生态区灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬的生物学特性及其差异、品质及产量情况,首先对采集于贵州各地的灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬两个物种进行DNA条形码鉴定,其次以贵州黔北绥阳和黔中安顺种植的灰毡毛忍冬、黔西南安龙和黔中清镇种植的黄褐毛忍冬为材料,系统研究其在各生态点的生物学特性、光合特性、品质及产量表现情况。主要研究结果如下:1.DNA条形码鉴定研究表明,灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬ITS2共有序列长度分别为404 bp、395 bp,相似度达99.49%;psbA-trnH共有序列长度分别为409 bp、410 bp,相似度达97.52%,黄褐毛忍冬psbA-trnH共有序列在5′端多2个碱基,3′末端多5个碱基,中间部分少6个碱基以及10个碱基位点上与灰毡毛忍冬不一样。psbA-trnH序列可鉴定区分灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬,ITS2序列无法准确鉴定两者。将psbA-trnH序列作为鉴定灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬的DNA条形码,推荐ITS2序列作为psbA-trnH序列的辅助序列加以鉴定。2.黄褐毛忍冬安龙和清镇试验点土壤肥力均属肥沃,土壤综合肥力系数(P综)分别为2.34、2.20;灰毡毛忍冬安顺试验点土壤肥力属肥沃,绥阳试验点土壤肥力属一般,安顺和绥阳试验点土壤综合肥力系数(P综)分别为1.90、1.54。总体看来,黄褐毛忍冬安龙试验点土壤肥力高于清镇试验点,灰毡毛忍冬安顺试验点土壤肥力高于绥阳试验点。黄褐毛忍冬安龙试验点多项气象要素值均高于清镇试验点,灰毡毛忍冬绥阳试验点气象要素值与安顺试验点差异不大。3.灰毡毛忍冬营养枝条生长量在绥阳生态点远高于安顺生态点,花枝生长量无显著差异,黄褐毛忍冬营养枝生长量在安龙生态点高于清镇生态点,花枝生长量变化并无显著差异;贵州灰毡毛忍冬物候期划分为新梢萌发期、营养枝生长期、越冬期、花枝萌发期、花枝生长期、显蕾期和开花期;黄褐毛忍冬物候期划分为新梢萌发期、营养枝生长期、缓慢生长期、花枝萌发期、花枝生长期、显蕾期和开花期。贵州灰毡毛忍冬花发育时期分为米粒期、三青期、青白期、二白期、大白期、银花期和金花期七个时期;黄褐毛忍冬花发育时期分为米粒期、青色期、青白期、大白期、银花期和金花期六个时期。灰毡毛忍冬病虫害主要有白粉病、根腐病和胡萝卜微管蚜,对植株生长和产量有明显影响,且绥阳生态点较安顺生态点更严重,黄褐毛忍冬无明显病虫害。4.灰毡/黄褐毛忍冬净光合速率、气孔导度日变化均为双峰曲线,蒸腾速率呈单峰曲线,胞间CO2浓度早晨和傍晚时段高于中午和下午时段,水分利用效率上午时段高于下午时段。灰毡毛忍冬绥阳生态点光合能力强于安顺生态点,黄褐毛忍冬清镇生态点净光合速率最大,光合能力强于安龙生态点,安龙生态点利用弱光能力强,安龙生态点光合作用受到Rubisco催化的羧化作用最大催化速率、电子传递速率控制的RuBP最大再生速率以及由磷酸丙糖运输速率控制的RuBP再生的限制作用较大。5.灰毡毛忍冬绥阳生态点花蕾发育优于安顺生态点,黄褐毛忍冬花蕾发育在安龙和清镇两生态点无较大差异。灰毡毛忍冬和黄褐毛忍冬花蕾大白期品质高于花蕾银花期,绥阳生态点的灰毡毛忍冬品质高于安顺生态点,黄褐毛忍冬品质在安龙和清镇两生态点无较大差异。灰毡毛忍冬绥阳生态点亩产量为334.13kg,单株产量为4.22kg,安顺生态点亩产量为212.72kg,单株产量为2.25kg,绥阳生态点单株产量和亩产量均高于安顺生态点;黄褐毛忍冬安龙生态点亩产量为244.37kg,单株产量为2.12kg,清镇生态点亩产量为228.58kg,单株产量为2.02kg,安龙生态点单株产量和亩产量均高于清镇生态点。综上所述,灰毡毛忍冬在黔北生态点种植较黔中生态点更好,黄褐毛忍冬对环境适应能力较强,在黔西南和黔中生态点均能适应。
