作者唐慧文(2019)在《纺织品特性对家用洗涤去污性能影响的应用基础研究》一文中研究指出:纺织品的洗涤是一个相当复杂的过程。该过程与洗涤剂的配方、洗涤实验条件(水的硬度、洗涤温度、洗涤时间)、污垢组成、机械力以及织物本身的化学结构和表面特性等因素密切相关。但目前关于纺织品自身特性对洗涤效果影响的研究不多,本论文就是从这一角度研究织物结构以及织物整理对家用洗涤去污性能的影响,提供不同纺织品特性下污渍去除的规律,通过对织物亲疏水性、表面Zeta电位的测试探索影响洗涤效果的关键因素,同时对市场主流洗涤产品进行测评。首先,本论文从织造方式、纤维类别等方面来研究不同织物结构(平纹/斜纹、机织/针织、纯棉/涤棉/棉氨、纯棉/纯涤/真丝)对洗涤剂去污效果的影响。将印有草渍、咖啡牛奶、皮脂和辣椒油四种污渍的污布在同一洗涤条件下进行试验,用洗涤前后污渍处的L~*、a~*、b~*值计算洗净力用于表征洗涤效果。结果表明:纯棉机织平纹布表面光滑且轻薄紧密,其洗净力高于纯棉机织斜纹布;纯棉针织布的亲水性较纯棉机织布弱,且其疏松的线圈结构使污渍容易陷入纤维之间,故皮脂等油溶性污渍在纯棉针织布上的洗净力较低;含合成纤维组分的棉织物上疏水性污渍的洗净力较纯棉织物低;草渍等蛋白质污渍在真丝织物上的洗净力较低,疏水性污渍在纯涤织物上的洗净力较低。其次,对织物进行不同类型的后整理(拒水、柔软、抗皱、抗静电、荧光增白整理),测试了整理前后织物的亲疏水性(表面能)、表面Zeta电位以及沾污性能变化来研究织物后整理对洗涤剂去污效果的影响。结果表明:纯棉织物经拒水、柔软、抗皱整理后,其亲水性下降,皮脂、辣椒油等油溶性污渍洗净力降低;纯涤针织双面布经抗静电整理后,其亲水性增加,油溶性污渍的洗净力会显著提高,咖啡牛奶污渍的去除效果较好故洗净力变化不明显;草渍的洗净力与织物表面能的相关性不大。随着拒水整理后织物与污渍之间静电斥力作用的减小,油溶性污渍的洗净力也有降低的趋势。未经荧光增白剂整理的纯棉针织布的洗净力要好于荧光增白整理的纯棉针织布,而是否经过荧光增白剂整理的纯涤针织布的洗净力差异不大。最后,对四种不同洗涤剂进行测评,研究不同洗涤剂下污渍去除的规律,采用荧光分光光度计和表面张力仪测试了不同洗涤剂的理化性质,并且在100%UV和0%UV两种光源下测试洗涤前后织物表面的反射率曲线和CIE白度来评价洗涤剂中添加荧光增白剂对织物洗涤效果的影响。结果表明:在不同洗涤剂下污渍的洗净力大小随织物表面能变化的规律几乎一致。若在100%UV测试光源下,洗涤剂中添加荧光增白剂对纯棉织物有较高的洗净力和白度保持值,且随着荧光增白剂添加量增大,洗净力和白度保持值增大。洗涤剂中是否添加荧光增白剂对纯涤织物的洗净力影响不大。
