1.白木通化学和木通质量研究 白木通(Akebia.trifoliata(Thunb.) Koidz.var.australis(Diels) Rehd)为木通科木通属植物,其藤茎入药作木通用,收载于《中国药典》2005版一部。味苦,性寒,具有清热利尿,活血通脉,抗菌消炎之功效,主治小便短赤,淋浊,水肿,风湿痹痛,乳汁不通,痛经等症。到目前为止,仅有关于白木通种子和果皮的皂苷类成分和茎中多糖类成分的研究,关于其藤茎的系统化学成分研究还没有报道。为了寻找其有效成分,阐明其药效物质基础,建立白木通的多指标质量控制标准,我们对白木通的干燥藤茎进行了系统的化学成分研究 通过各种波谱数据和化合物的理化性质,鉴定了38个化合物的结构,其中7个新化合物分别为2α,3β,23-trihydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosylester(BMT-17),2α,3β,23-trihydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosylester(BMT-20),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(BMT-22),3-β-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23-hydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(BMT-26),3-β-[(α-L-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(BMT-33),3-β-[(β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(BMT-29),3-β-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosylester(BMT-30-2);首次从木通属植物中分离得到的3个苯乙醇苷类化合物分别为(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-6-E-caffeoyl-glucopyranoside(Calceolarioside B,BMT-4),(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-6-E-feruloyl-glucopyranoside(BMT-7),4-hydroxyphenyl-ethyl-6-O-E-caffeoyl-glucopyranoside(BMT-7-2),其它化合物分别鉴定为3-β-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-olean-12-en-28-oic acid α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosylester(Leonticins E,BMT-27),3-β-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-olean-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(BMT-28-2),3-β-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-olean-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-gluco
