作者李艳秋(2019)在《偶氮苯衍生物增强石墨烯光学非线性及机理研究》一文中研究指出:石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成呈六角型蜂巢状晶格的二维材料,具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性,在材料学、微纳米加工、能源、生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景,被认为是一种未来革命性的材料。由于其零带隙的线性分子色散、较高的电子迁移速率和宽带吸收特性,使它成为一种良好的非线性光学吸收材料,可被用于非线性光学器件领域。然而,石墨烯自身的光学性质还存在一定的不足,如:饱和吸收系数还比较小、光响应速率较慢、性质不太稳定等。为了进一步提高基于石墨烯材料和器件的非线性光学性质和响应特性,近年来,石墨烯复合材料的构建和增强非线性光学效应受到了人们广泛的关注,并已经成为非线性光学研究领域的一个热点。本论文主要利用非共价键功能化(π-π堆积作用和氢键作用)石墨烯,制备了两种偶氮苯衍生物(AOB-t8,BNB-t8)/还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)复合材料(AOB-t8/RGO,BNB-t8/RGO)。通过X射线衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱、拉曼光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、透射电子显微镜、稳态荧光光谱等技术对样品的结构、形貌和基本性能等进行了表征。利用飞秒Z扫描技术对它们的非线性光学性质进行测试,发现与单纯的还原氧化石墨烯RGO相比,两种复合材料的非线性吸收都有一定程度的增强,其中AOB-t8/RGO的饱和吸收系数增强了2.7倍,BNB-t8/RGO的增强可达38.6倍;利用飞秒瞬态吸收光谱技术对BNB-t8/RGO的非线性增强机理进行了深入研究。具体研究内容和结果如下:1.以氧化石墨烯GO和偶氮苯衍生物AOB-t8(含恶二唑基团)为原料,硼氢化钠NaBH4为还原剂,运用溶剂热法制备石墨烯RGO与AOB-t8/RGO复合物材料。通过拉曼光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱等手段对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,AOB-t8/RGO的复合,主要通过AOB-t8与RGO之间的π-π堆积作用而实现。之后,利用飞秒Z扫描技术对复合材料的非线性光学性质进行了测试,结果发现:与单纯的RGO相比,AOB-t8/RGO复合材料的三阶非线性吸收和折射都有一定程度的增强,AOB-t8/RGO的非线性吸收系数和非线性折射率与RGO相比分别增强了2.7倍和2.4倍。增强的主要机制可归结于AOB-t8的恶二唑和芳香环基团与RGO的π-π堆积作用,而AOB-t8与RGO之间较强的π-π相互作用增大了RGO的π-电子离域性,促进了AOB-t8与RGO之间的电荷转移。2.基于AOB-t8与RGO复合的结果,推测分子间作用力(氢键作用)的不同可能会对复合材料的复合程度及非线性光学性质有着重要影响。为此,我们以BNB-t8(含酰胺基团)为原料,制备了RGO与BNB-t8的复合材料BNB-t8/RGO,并通过改变底物GO和BNB-t8的质量比来制备和优化BNB-t8与RGO的复合效果。通过拉曼光谱、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱以及稳态荧光光谱等技术对所获得的复合材料进行了表征。结果表明:RGO和BNB-t8之间具有更强的相互作用并存在电子转移,吸收光谱上表现为在520 nm附近出现了一个新的更强的复合体吸收带;相对于单独的RGO,复合材料BNB-t8/RGO的缺陷增多、结晶度降低、层间距增大;BNB-t8与RGO通过π-π堆积作用和氢键作用结合,且BNB-t8可提供较多的氢键结合位点(-C=O和-NH基团);当BNB-t8的反应质量为80%时,BNB-t8与RGO的结合达到饱和。3.利用Z扫描技术和飞秒瞬态吸收技术对BNB-t8/RGO复合材料的非线性光学性质和机制进行了研究,结果表明:在532 nm工作波长处,单独的BNB-t8表现为双光子吸收特性,而单独的RGO表现为较弱的饱和吸收性质;随着BNB-t8含量的增加,BNB-t8/RGO的非线性吸收系数逐渐增大,当BNB-t8的含量为80%时,复合材料的非线性饱和吸收系数约是RGO的38.3倍;复合材料的非线性光学吸收特性表现出一定的波长依赖关系。非线性吸收增强的主要机理归属于RGO到BNB-t8的电荷转移,复合材料在光激发下的电荷分离过程发生在0.28 ps时域,而电荷复合过程则在2.0 ps完成。本论文利用两种偶氮苯衍生物分子与RGO复合,实现了对RGO非线性光学性质的增强。与单纯的RGO和AOB-t8/RGO复合材料相比,BNB-t8/RGO复合材料的非线性吸收特性有了大幅度的增强,主要原因可归结于BNB-t8与RGO之间更强的氢键作用更有利于二者形成复合结构,从而增加电子的离域性;相较于AOB-t8与RGO之间较弱的π-π堆积作用,BNB-t8与RGO之间更强的氢键作用极大地提高了BNB-t8与RGO之间的电荷转移速率和响应速率,显著地提高了BNB-t8/RGO复合材料的非线性光学性质和光响应特性。本论文的结果对设计和构建新型石墨烯复合材料及提高其非线性光学性质具有一定的科学意义。
