作者李倩(2019)在《海藻酸钠复合纳米纤维膜对阳离子染料吸附性能研究》一文中研究指出:阳离子染料存在的主要问题是使用后排放的废水处理难度大,这不仅会对环境造成危害,还会造成染料的浪费。目前,国内外解决的主要方法仍是末端治理,没有源头控制的技术。本课题分别采用铸膜法和静电纺丝技术制备海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇(SA/PVA)复合膜并对阳离子染料的吸附性进行研究,选用氯化钙无水乙醇溶液对SA/PVA复合膜改性,利用改性后的膜吸附阳离子染料,以吸附量和染料去除率为评价指标,研究SA/PVA复合膜对碱性品红染料、亚甲基蓝染料、甲基绿染料的吸附性,采用单因素实验、正交实验等方法研究SA/PVA复合膜对阳离子染料的吸附性能,为采用吸附法处理阳离子染料废水提供一定的理论依据,论文的主要研究工作如下:(1)分别采用静电纺丝法和铸膜法制备SA/PVA复合膜,利用扫描电子显微镜对SA/PVA纳米纤维膜的微观形貌及直径进行分析,使用红外光谱分析仪、X射线光电子能谱仪等测试手段对SA/PVA纳米纤维膜的物质变化进行分析。研究得出SA/PVA膜的最佳纺丝工艺为:SA:PVA的体积比为1:9,纺丝电压为16kV,纺丝距离为15cm,纺丝速度为1.2mL/h。(2)静电纺丝法制备的SA/PVA、SA/PVA/PET复合纳米纤维膜对碱性品红染料进行吸附性研究,以纤维膜对溶液中碱性品红染料的去除率和吸附量为评价指标,采用单因素实验、正交实验确定最佳吸附条件。经吸附后通过对比得出SA/PVA/PET复合纳米纤维膜对碱性品红染料的吸附效果较好。(3)采用铸膜法制备出SA/PVA复合膜,以溶液中染料去除率为评价指标,采用单因素实验、响应面实验设计研究SA/PVA膜对碱性品红染料、亚甲基蓝染料、甲基绿染料的吸附性能,优化吸附条件,通过对比发现,SA/PVA膜对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附效果较好。(4)通过动力学方程和等温吸附模型对染料的吸附过程进行分析,发现Freundlich等温吸附模型能更好的评价SA/PVA复合纳米纤维膜对碱性品红染料的吸附行为。采用铸膜法制备的SA/PVA膜对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附更符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,这两种方法制备出的膜对染料的吸附过程都符合准二级动力学方程,都受化学吸附机理的影响和控制。
