作者李佳昕(2019)在《牛皮中纤维体的制备、表征及产品开发》一文中研究指出:随着我国皮革业的发展、国家环保政策的加强以及人们对优质天然纤维需求的增加,废弃皮革如何回收利用成为大众关注的焦点。目前牛皮胶原纤维已经被国内外学者应用于众多领域,如在食物领域作为饲料,在医学领域作为伤口敷料,纺织领域作为填充材料以达到隔音的效果等。但是由于受限于缺少专业配套设备导致目前制备出来的牛皮胶原纤维不能满足服用纺织品原料的要求,因此牛皮胶原纤维在服装领域尚未应用。因此,探讨牛皮胶原纤维的可服用性能对牛皮胶原纤维在服用领域的产品开发具有重要意义。本文设计了一条从优质牛皮革边角废料中提取出的牛皮胶原纤维的生产线,操作简单方便,牛皮胶原纤维的制成率高达60%-90%。工艺流程如下:皮革固体废料的开松→牛皮胶原纤维的提取→牛皮胶原纤维的清洗和整理接着对所提取出来的牛皮胶原纤维纤维的宏观形态、微观结构、吸湿能力、热学性能、物理机械性能、抗菌防螨功能等进行测试。得出以下结论:牛皮胶原纤维的主要成分是Ⅰ型胶原蛋白,与人体皮肤的主要成分接近,因此具有的天然亲肤性。牛皮胶原纤维为柔软蓬松、具有天然光泽的絮状纤维;纤维的纵向呈丝带状,一根牛皮胶原纤维由多根原纤平行排列构成;纤维的横截面为规则形状,近似圆形或椭圆形。牛皮胶原纤维的可纺性良好,其平均长度为29.17mm,平均直径为4.02?m。然后对牛皮胶原纤维的微观结构进行分析,牛皮胶原纤维的结晶度为28.54%,取向度为68.50%。由于结晶度较低,使其具有优异的吸湿能力,在标准状态下的回潮率可以达到22.10%;由于取向度较高以及多微纤多丝束的独特分子结构,使其具有极高的拉伸断裂强度,其平均拉伸断裂强度为8.38 cN/dtex,平均断裂伸长率为21.35%。除此以外,牛皮胶原纤维的红外光谱特征吸收峰的位置分别在3419cm-1,1650cm-1,1539cm-1处,对应的基团分别为酰胺A、酰胺Ⅰ(1700-1600cm-1)和酰胺Ⅱ(1600-1480cm-1),是典型的蛋白质纤维。牛皮胶原纤维内含天然抗菌因子,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.95%、99.99%和99.17%;防霉性能达到1级;螨虫驱除率为50.93%。而且,经检测机构鉴定牛皮胶原纤维的成分不含有砷、铅、镉、铬(六价)元素。根据GB/T 18885-2009《生态纺织品技术要求》评定牛皮胶原纤维属于生态纺织品,是一种天然环保型抗菌纤维。然后本课题利用牛皮胶原纤维优异的抗菌防螨性能,将其开发成了牛皮胶原纤维抗菌袜。根据实验结果显示,牛皮胶原纤维抗菌袜中牛皮胶原纤维的质量分数决定了袜子的抗菌能力,袜子中牛皮胶原纤维的含量越高,其抗菌能力越好。其中,采用质量分数为40%牛皮胶原纤维和腈纶纤维混纺成35公支的纱线织造出的袜子具有优异的抗菌防霉、驱螨功能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.2%、94.5%和99.1%,防霉性能达到1级,螨虫驱除率为50.93%。而且,牛皮胶原纤维对主要脚气致病菌红色毛癣菌的抑菌率高达90.8%。与目前市场上现有的抗菌防臭袜不同的是其抗菌功能具有良好地耐久性,经30次反复水洗后抗菌性能并没有明显下降,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为98.2%、94.7%和98.5%。
