作者李巍(2019)在《目标导向层次分析方法及其应用研究》一文中研究指出:美国运筹学家Saaty为解决具有层次结构的复杂评价与决策问题所提出的层次分析法(AHP),由于相对简便又高度实用迄今已在许多领域获得了国内外学者非常广泛的应用。但由于在决策方案评价时,备选方案集中增加或减少一个方案后AHP会对其它方案给出不同的优劣排序结果即存在逆序等问题,AHP也持续不断地受到了许多学者针对其正确性的学术质疑。Saaty在AHP原有分布式分析模式(Distributive Mode)的基础上又提出了绝对分析模式(Absolute Mode)、理想分析模式(Ideal Mode)和超矩阵分析模式(Supermatrix Mode),却并没有从方法核心上解决因比率比较基准缺失、权重内涵模糊不清或方案评价不保序等问题。AHP在单层排序权重上的判断模式,即采用的相对上层一个系统元素来以比率(先以语言描述后对语言描述进行比率赋值)比较下层元素之间相对重要性的判断模式,许多学者都认为由于缺少比率比较的基准“0”点对于富有经验的决策者也难以实现,即使决策者给出了相关判断由此得出的单层排序权重在内涵上也是模糊不清的。针对上述AHP存在的问题,论文主要从目标参照方案选择的影响机理、目标导向多参考点属性价值模型及方法和目标导向层次分析方法构建等多方面开展了理论方法研究,其中:在目标参照方案选择的影响机理研究中,论文基于前景理论的参考点概念进一步创新发展,在多属性评价过程中首次提出了参照集和目标参照方案的概念,对目标参照集选择的影响因素进行了系统的分析,而后给出了影响目标参照方案选择的相互作用机理及概念模型用以形成目标参照方案集,最后对环境因素、个体因素和社会化因素是否影响目标参照方案选择的机理进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,在环境因素中属于工作安排下的薪酬和安全对选择自身、选择他人和选择系统的目标参照方案都有正向的影响作用,个体因素对目标参照方案选择的影响不显著,社会化因素中自尊程度和抱负水平对选择自身和选择他人的目标参照方案有正向的影响作用而对选择系统的影响不显著。在目标导向多参考点属性价值模型及方法研究中,论文首先通过引入竞争对局及其偏好得分概念对目标导向价值理论所采用的偏好强度描述框架予以发展,提出了基于目标导向和对局效用比较的新规范性价值函数,然后在承认范围—频率(Range-Frequency—RF)模型所解释出的行为规律基础上,给出了一个能够兼顾规范性决策框架与描述性决策框架的规约性目标导向多参考点属性价值模型及评价方法。模拟验证和数值对比分析表明目标导向多参考点属性价值模型及与之对应的目标导向多参考点属性价值评价方法都具有广泛的应用适用性和较强的科学合理性。在目标导向层次分析方法构建中,首先基于摆幅置权(Swing Weighting—SW)判断模式和多属性决策属性价值公度方法,给出了能为层次结构抽象属性上的SW判断提供支持的规约性多属性决策属性价值公度方法,并给出了支持构建目标导向层次分析方法的定义与定理,然后结合多属性价值理论提出了能够克服现有层次分析法内在缺陷的目标导向层次分析方法即ToAHP。数值对比分析表明在输入信息可比的条件下,ToAHP明显优于AHP的四种分析方法之中最具可信性的SUP-AHP方法。在目标导向层次分析方法的案例应用与对比分析中,将传统模式的AHP与ToAHP用于武警某部特战队员的选拔,通过对士兵的基础技能包括极限体能、基本技能和理论常识三方面十一个具体属性的层次结构模型进行评价,使用外在效标验证了ToAHP的评价结果比AHP的评价结果更具科学合理性。论文的主要创新体现在下述三方面:其一,通过引入竞争对局及其偏好得分概念提出了基于目标导向效用理论和对局效用比较的新规范性价值函数,在此基础上通过结合RF理论模型,给出了能够兼顾规范性与描述性两个决策框架的规约性目标导向多参考点属性价值模型及评价方法,是对多属性决策理论的理论方法创新。其二,为发展AHP,基于SW判断模式和多属性决策属性价值公度方法,提出了能为层次结构抽象属性上的SW判断提供支持的规约性多属性决策属性价值公度方法,然后由此并结合多属性价值理论给出了能够克服现有层次分析法内在缺陷的目标导向层次分析方法(ToAHP),是克服传统AHP的比率比较基准缺失、权重内涵模糊不清和方案评价不保序问题明显的方法创新。其三,对现有前景理论的参考点概念进一步创新发展,在多属性评价过程中,论文首次提出了参照集和目标参照方案的概念,分析了目标参照集选择的影响因素,之后给出了影响目标参照方案选择的概念模型并且进行了实证研究,参照集和目标参照方案的提出及研究是对现有前景理论参考点的明显的理论创新。
