初中生英语词汇学习策略培养

论文摘要

学生自主学习能力的培养是当前初中英语教学的主要任务之一。英语词汇学习策略是初中学生自主学习能力的一个重要体现。针对词汇学习策略重要性与现实生活中中学生在这方面表现出的不理想状况间的差距,本文依托认知理论,对成都七中初中生词汇学习策略进行了尝试性地实验研究。作者在调查同学现有英语词汇学习状况的基础上找到了所在学校学生词汇学习的主要障碍;继而将学习策略培养“融入”到教学过程中,在教学反思、访谈、课例分析等研究的基础上不断调整教学方式,改进学生英语学习行为,帮助学生提升对学习策略的认识和使用意识,提升同学们词汇学习能力,最终大力改善了同学们英语学习状况。本论文一共分为三章。第一章对我国目前词汇学习策略的现状进行了回顾,同时讨论了学习策略培养对于初中生的重要性和必要性。第二章是文献综述,对词汇学习策略的特点以及词汇学习策略的主要观点以及影响词汇学习策略的因素进行了总体的介绍;同时对词汇学习的相关认知理论基础进行了讨论。第三章作者对培养学生自主英语学习策略提出自己的一些做法,并将这些方法在阅读、写作以及综合课上进行了运用;论文最后对研究中所搜集的数据进行了分析并得出了研究结论。研究结果证实对学习最为重要的认知、元认知和情感策略中,元认知策略被学生忽视并亟待培养。研究还发现培养学生使用学习策略可以极大提升学习效果,同时还可以提高他们的学习动机,增加其练习语言的机会,使其最终成为独立的学习者。学习策略受到诸多因素的影响,作为教师,我们的教学经验、教学方法对学生的策略形成也具有潜移默化的影响。因此,以改革教学模式和学习模式为依托,大力推进学生学习策略的培养可以保证课堂的高效,培养出成功的英语学习者。学习策略教学模式主要有集中式教学、融入式教学和附属性教学,具体采用何种方式要依据现实情况而定。在训练过程中应注意训练内容的多样化;训练方式的灵活性;训练要有深度并长期坚持;训练要有阶段性以及训练结果的评估指标应多样化。
