作者杨永辉(2019)在《浅埋煤层长壁开采顶板岩层灾害机理研究》一文中研究指出:在我国西北地区,有大量的浅埋煤层,其典型的赋存特征是埋藏浅、基岩薄、上覆厚松散沙层。长壁开采实践表明,顶板关键层破断后不易形成自身稳定结构,且其破断后的运动直接波及地表。浅埋煤层采场矿压显现剧烈,对矿井的安全开采带来了严重的挑战。因此,对浅埋煤层顶板关键层灾害机理的研究具有重要的意义。根据缓倾斜浅埋煤层顶板关键层的赋存特点和长壁开采顶板关键层的断裂下沉特征,应用初始后屈曲理论和突变理论探讨了初次来压时顶板关键层的后屈曲性态和非稳定性态,确定了缓倾斜顶板关键层的临界载荷,得到了缓倾斜顶板关键层的破断步距和断裂下沉的计算公式,求出了顶板破断后的断裂下沉量和回转角,建立了缓倾斜煤层顶板关键层台阶下沉和回转失稳的判据,确定了有无支护时顶板的台阶下沉量。基于地表下沉预测研究的边值提法,对缓倾斜煤层开采时由于顶板关键层破断引起的地表沉陷规律进行了探讨,给出了缓斜煤层采空区上覆岩土层任一点的位移和地表下沉的计算公式,确定了地表沉陷的范围。论文最后以神东矿区大柳塔C202和1203工作面为工程实例,进行了工程验证分析。研究结果表明,应用初始后屈曲理论可以揭示缓倾斜浅埋煤层顶板关键层分岔点平衡构形和屈曲后平衡路径的稳定性;煤层赋存条件、岩层倾角、岩体材料及结构截面的几何尺寸都会影响分岔点平衡路径的稳定性;顶板从破断至断裂下沉其平衡路径不稳定;顶板破断后岩块处于非平衡状态,岩块的台阶下沉与回转失稳必居其一;台阶下沉是由单一岩块逆向回转引起的,台阶下沉与断裂下沉之间存在着确定的关系;回转失稳是由两岩块相向回转形成的,结构呈瞬变体系是回转失稳的充分条件;地表沉陷的变形特征及地表的最大下沉量,不仅与煤层上方岩层及表土层的厚度、岩性、倾角等赋存条件有关,还与破断后岩块的移动曲线有关,并且后者影响的程度更大。综合应用初始后屈曲理论和突变理论,可根据顶板结构的结构特征、岩体材料以及上覆厚松散沙层等赋存状况,确定长壁工作面初次来压期间缓倾斜顶板关键层可能出现的灾害形式。
