学习策略训练对中学生英语听力理解的影响 ——对农村中学高一新生进行听力策略训练的实验报告

听力理解一直以来都是中国中学生学习英语的一大难点,尤其对于农村的中学生来说,因为他们接触英语的机会有限,而且农村的教学资源没有城市的丰富。但各种考试包括高考都有听力部分,因此,听力理解已经引起英语教育界的充分重视。 本文目的是为对中国农村中学生的英语学习策略的研究提供一些一手的材料,并解释英语学习策略与英语听力理解间的关系。 本文作者在完成介绍本实验研究的背景后,尝试着总结国外及国内著名学者对语言学习策略的界定及学习策略的分类。文章接着转到听力策略的界定和听力理解的过程。作者还尝试解释策略训练的模式及教师在策略训练中担任的角色。随后解释了本文的理论框架。 本实验研究使用的工具有Oxford(1990)的问卷调查及前测和后测。所有数据是用SPSS进行分析的。 本实验研究得出的结论是: 1.农村中学生英语学习策略的使用普遍偏低。 2.听力策略的训练有助于学生提高听力理解能力。 3.策略训练能提高学生使用策略的意识。 4.策略训练没有固定的形式。策略训练可以根据具体的教学环境用各种方式进行。 本实验研究表明策略训练既可以单独进行,也可以融入到课堂其他活动中。教师应该首先让学生明白进行策略训练的好处,提高他们使用策略的意识,并鼓励学生在今后的学习中多使用策略。另外,教师可以通过教育学生使用各种策略来提高学生的听力理解能力。
