作者任培琦(2019)在《喷灌双向流稳流器及支管水力性能研究》一文中研究指出:结合室内试验、数值模拟和理论分析互相结合的方法,对喷灌双向流稳流器水力性能及其对喷灌支管水力性能的影响展开研究,对提高喷灌灌水质量和经济效益,具有一定的指导意义。主要研究成果如下:(1)制作2种结构参数不同的双向流稳流器,安装于喷头进口前,通过试验对比分析双向流稳流器对喷头水力性能的影响;计算这2种双向流稳流器的内部能量消耗。结果表明:安装双向流稳流器后喷头流态指数分别为0.43、0.46,相比未安装双向流稳流器时喷头的流态指数(0.55)明显降低,水力性能显著提高;2种双向流稳流器前后端的最大压力差分别为15.61%、7.5 8%,可提高喷头水力性能。(2)在使用FLUENT软件对双向流稳流器进行数值模拟时,选取标准k-ε模型,网格尺寸定为0.4mm,试验结果与数值模拟结果的误差均小于3%。数值模拟研究结果表明:分水件与双向流稳流器边壁之间的距离对流态指数的影响最大,且为为正相关关系;分水装置与水平方向的夹角对流量系数的影响显著,为负相关关系。分析流道的压力场及速度场,双向流稳流器通过其内部过水断面的突缩和突扩部位以及正、反向2股水流之间的相互影响形成的对冲和混掺产生较大的局部水头损失,消除喷头进口多余的压力,提高喷头出流的均匀性。(3)运用能量和质量守恒原理,建立了支管水力计算非线性方程组,可分析计算有与无双向流稳流器2种情况下的支管上各喷头压力和流量的分布规律。计算结果表明:安装双向流稳流器均能够大幅延长支管长度,压力差和流量差均比未安装双向流稳流器的小,因此喷灌支管上安装双向流稳流器以后能够提高灌水质量和经济效益。(4)提出了支管上部分喷头安装双向流稳流器支管水力计算非线性方程组,对比发现:在支管上部分喷头安装双向流稳流器,支管的流量差均小于支管全部安装或不安装双向流稳流器的值,表明这种形式更有利于提高灌水质量和经济效益。
