作者曹建政(2019)在《紧凑式彩虹折射测量装置开发及脱硫多相反应液滴测试应用》一文中研究指出:喷雾液滴是气液两相反应的重要形式,具有比表面积大的特点,广泛应用于生产生活中。喷雾液滴参数的准确测量,对于深入理解气液两相反应机理、指导工业生产,具有重要意义。彩虹测量技术以其能够原位在线测量喷雾液滴的温度(组分)和粒径分布的优点,正受到越来越多的关注。针对彩虹测量技术在工程应用中的困难,本课题设计了一种集成式的结构紧凑、激光入射角度可调的彩虹折射测量装置,对喷雾和单液滴测量进行了实验测试,并将彩虹折射测量装置应用于脱硫多相反应。本文对以下三个方面进行了研究。设计开发了一款结构紧凑的彩虹折射测量装置。分析了现有彩虹光路系统应用于现场环境时的问题,并对光路系统进行了针对性改进。基于改进的光路系统,设计开发了集成式的体积小、便携、密封、稳定的彩虹折射测量装置。彩虹折射测量装置具有激光入射角可调的功能,可直接通过调整旋转台改变激光的入射角,并保持测量点位置不变,从而增大了折射率的测量量程,使彩虹折射测量装置能够便捷地测量不同折射率的喷雾,并简化了标定过程。对彩虹折射测量装置进行了一系列实验测试。应用彩虹折射测量装置测量了去离子水喷雾,结果表明彩虹折射测量装置的折射率测量精度为2?10-4。测量了水-乙醇二元混合喷雾在不同混合比例下的折射率,并与文献数据进行了对比,实验测量结果与文献数据相符合。最后测量了乙醇喷雾的轴向折射率分布,并计算出了温度分布,分析了乙醇喷雾蒸发过程中与外界的传热情况。用彩虹折射测量装置测量了单液滴的标准彩虹。研制了按需式单液滴发生器,以去离子水为喷射液体,采用高速相机拍摄了单液滴的形成过程,计算了液滴的粒径和速度变化,对比了乙醇向上喷射和向下喷射的速度变化。用彩虹折射测量装置测量了乙醇单液滴喷射时不同高度处液滴的折射率,总结了乙醇单液滴在与外界传质传热的过程中折射率的变化情况。测试结果表明,彩虹折射测量装置能够准确拍摄单液滴的标准彩虹,并从中反演出单液滴的折射率。将彩虹折射测量装置应用于喷雾脱硫多相反应中。首先,分析了通过彩虹测量技术估算脱硫吸收液中的离子组分和浓度的可行性,比较了各种离子的折射率随浓度的变化情况,实验验证了混合离子溶液的折射率计算方法,给出了得到混合离子溶液中各离子组分浓度关系式的一般方法,分析了彩虹测量技术在脱硫吸收液组分测量方面的局限性;然后,搭建了喷淋塔脱硫实验系统,使用彩虹折射测量装置原位测量了在脱硫反应过程中脱硫剂的折射率变化情况。
