课堂教学中教师角色行为对学生学习动机的激发

随着外语教育的发展,学习动机在课堂教学中发挥越来越重要的核心作用。然而,在日常教学中常常会出现一些缺乏学习动机,失去学习兴趣的学生。教师在教学过程中如何激励和启发学生的学习动机尤为关键。本文通过对动机相关理论的分析比较并结合具体实例,阐述了在英语课堂教学活动中教师的角色行为对学生学习动机的影响。其中教师的个人因素如知识基础、教学态度、教学热情,以及采用的教学技巧如营造放松的学习氛围、开展相关任务和多样活动等对激发学生动机起到了积极作用。总之,本文以教师为契入点,探讨课堂英语教学中各种提高学生学习动机的有效方法,对在英语课堂中如何激发学生的动机提出了具体建议。
