论文摘要
目的:本实验主要目的是探讨E-Tracking 技术对吸烟者颈总动脉,肱动脉血管内皮功能的应用价值。方法:根据吸烟年限将吸烟者分为I 组:吸烟年限为16±5年的吸烟者32 例,男26 例,女6 例。II 组:吸烟年限为26±5年的吸烟者36 例,男29 例,女7 例。III 组:吸烟年限为36±5年的吸烟者45 例,男37 例,女8 例。正常对照组:临床及实验室检查无异常发现的正常人50 例,男34 例,女16 例。所有受试者年龄26-59 岁,平均年龄48 岁。应用高频超声E-Tracking技术实时跟踪描记双侧颈总动脉,双侧肱动脉管壁随心动周期的运动轨迹,测量血管的收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、弹性系数(Eρ)、硬化值(β)和顺应性(AC),所得参数与正常对照组进行比较。结果:Ds 和Dd:吸烟各组与正常对照组组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);Eρ和β:吸烟各组均高于正常对照组,差异具有显著性意义(p<0.05);组间比较差异具有显著性意义(p<0.01);AC:吸烟各组显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(p<0.05);组间比较差异具有显著性意义(p<0.01)。结论:应用E-Tracking 技术可发现吸烟者外周血管内皮功能的改变,是早期评价吸烟者血管内皮功能的简便方法。
