浅析汉英翻译中的中式英语现象

论文摘要

现如今，随着英语普遍成为一种交流沟通的国际语言，中国有越来越多的人加入了学习英语的队伍。但是在学习和使用英语的过程中，中国的英语学习者不可避免地存在一种“中式英语”现象，在学习和使用英语时，把汉语的语言规则运用到英语语言中，受汉语的思维方式和相关文化背景等因素的影响和干扰而说出或写出不符合英语文化习惯的畸形语言。中式英语普遍被当作影响汉英翻译质量的一个大问题，学者研究也多围绕中式英语形成的原因和如何避免中式英语这样的错误。作者认为，中式英语作为语言学习过程中“中介语”，的确存在着不少弊端，影响中外沟通交流的同时也不利于中国的国际形象。为避免这种现象，应当根据其成因找出可行的解决途径。但是我们也不应当将中式英语“一棍子当死”，对其丰富语言发展和扩展词汇等方面的积极意义应当给予肯定。本论文中，作者回顾有关中式英语的研究，结合中介语理论、语言迁移理论、皮亚杰的发生认知论和相关翻译准则，试图对汉英翻译中普遍存在的中式英语现象做出客观的研究。通过列举中式英语典型例子，指出中式英语的不足之处并分析其成因和探讨可行的解决途径。此外，作者对中式英语现象中存在的积极意义进行阐述和肯定，指出中式英语对于英语语言的影响，从而更加客观全面地评价汉英翻译中的中式英语现象。
