作者孔祥宇(2019)在《农田灌溉分水闸门控制系统的优化设计》一文中研究指出:随着我国综合国力快速发展,经济总量不断增加,对资源的消耗在不断加大,人口增加及农业发展,导致对水资源需求逐渐增大。由于我国水资源储量并不丰富,节约用水成为可持续发展的一项关键任务。水资源是我们日常生活中必不可少的资源,农田灌溉对水资源消耗较大,渠道灌溉控流不精确导致水资源浪费严重。为了减少水资源浪费,实现精确控流,引出了本文的研究目的,即设计及改进农田渠道灌溉分水闸门控制系统,使其可以精确地对流量实现计量及控制。通过查阅大量文献,发现目前分水闸门系统主要功能是实现对流量计量,若想控制流量大小,还需手动操作闸门,导致控流不够精确。明渠测流原理表明,闸孔自由出流态流量计算所需参数最少,闸门流量较易计算,也比较适合精确控流;闸孔淹没出流状态下,射流会对闸门流量计算产生影响,导致测流不够精确,更难实现精确控流;而堰流状态下流量大小与闸门开度大小无关。所以,将闸门出流维持在闸孔自由出流状态,是实现流量精确计量及控制的前提,本文采用堰闸来极大限度保证闸门出流状态为自由出流。文章介绍了人工蜂群算法并对其进行改进,提高算法收敛速度及精度。将该算法应用到闸门控制中,根据明渠测流公式计算出最优闸门开度,控制器调节闸门开度到对应的大小,实现更加迅速,精准地控流。用户给定一个可控范围内的流量值,便可计算出该值对应的闸门开度。采用STM32F4系列的MCU作为闸门现场控制终端的控制器,将μC/OS-Ⅲ系统移植到MCU上,并将各部分硬件集成起来,通过设计不同的任务,实现各种功能,如液位测量、闸门开度测量及控制、远程通信、现场数据存储等。在远程控制中心的设计过程中,采用当下最流行的界面设计软件QT来进行监控中心用户界面设计,并采用SQL Sever数据库软件进行远程操作中心数据库设计,将分水闸门终端数据存储到数据库中。采用Socket服务器监听技术,以接收现场控制器数据。所设计的系统在原有闸门控制系统基础上引入了改进人工蜂群算法来计算最优闸门开度,从而将原系统单一测流功能变为测流与自动控流一体化,实现了对原系统的改进与优化。通过实验对比,表明了所设计的系统比原系统控制效果更好,符合设计的目的与要求。
