作者王华丞(2019)在《HDC抗落石冲击性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀耐久性试验研究》一文中研究指出:目前使用最多的建筑材料是混凝土材料,随着时间的发展,混凝土材料脆性大,延性差,在一些含有硫酸盐、氯盐等特殊地区耐久性和使用工作寿命不足的问题也愈发凸显。针对普通混凝土材料存在的主要问题,具有良好韧性、抗裂性和耐久性的高延性混凝土(HDC)应运而生。本文研究HDC在落锤冲击荷载作用下的抗冲击性能,以及干湿循环和长期浸泡两种硫酸盐侵蚀模式下的静压强度、外观形貌,硫酸盐腐蚀后的微观结构。主要的研究结果如下:(1)通过对纤维含量是0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的6块HDC板和2块普通钢筋混凝土(RC)板进行14m高度下的落锤冲击试验,对比分析了HDC板和RC板抗冲击性能的差异以及不同纤维掺量对HDC板抗冲击性能的影响。研究发现:在相同的冲击荷载下,Re板被击穿,板底喷出大量混凝土碎块,破坏面整齐光滑,钢筋未屈服,属于局部贯通破坏;HDC板受落锤冲击后产生数条由中心向四周逐步开展呈放射状分布的裂缝,有少量混凝土碎块从板底脱落。由于HDC与钢筋之间具有很好的粘结能力,钢筋屈服甚至拉断,但是整体裂而不散。落锤直接冲击RC板最小瞬时加速度为933.01g,最大冲击力914.35kN,最大冲击时间0.0218s,最大应变率数量级达到1011s-1。反观HDC板落锤直接冲击板的最小瞬时加速度较RC板减小36.0%,最大冲击力减小36.0%,最大冲击时间延长0.006s,最大应变率数量级减小106S-1。HDC板的各项参数对比均明显优于RC板。表明HDC板具有良好的抗冲击性能,且纤维体积掺量为1.0%的HDC抗冲击能力最优。(2)通过对HDC在5%、10%与饱和三种浓度硫酸钠溶液中150次干湿循环耐久性试验,对比分析HDC和RC抗硫酸盐侵蚀耐久性能的差异。研究发现:RC受硫酸盐侵蚀后,出现表面起皮、麻面、坑蚀;四周掉角,水泥基体脱落无法包裹内部粗骨料,致骨料外漏,试块完整性无法保证。120次干湿循环后,在三种浓度硫酸钠溶液中浸泡的RC试块单轴静压强度大幅下降,溶液浓度越高,抗压强度下降越明显,最大下降49.2%。其抗压强度耐蚀系数均低于0.75,判定受硫酸盐侵蚀破坏。反观HDC与同龄期RC相比,受硫酸盐侵蚀后并未出现基体脱落,纤维拔出等现象,拥有良好的完整性。120次干湿循环后,除在饱和硫酸钠溶液中浸泡试块抗压强度耐蚀系数低于0.75,在其余两种溶液中浸泡试块抗压强度耐蚀系数为0.84与0.76,未发生硫酸盐侵蚀破坏。150次干湿循环后:单轴静压强度最大下降29.0%。HDC的各项参数对比均明显优于RC。表明HDC具有良好的耐久性能,且在低浓度中浸泡的HDC试块在150次干湿循环周期后,抗压强度耐蚀系数为0.82,工作性能良好,故对低浓度硫酸钠溶液具有较好的抵抗作用。(3)通过HDC与RC在5%、10%与饱和三种浓度硫酸钠溶液中150次长期浸泡耐久性试验,对比分析二者抗硫酸盐侵蚀耐久性能的差异。研究发现:整个硫酸盐侵蚀试验进程比干湿循环发生的缓慢,侵蚀程度不如干湿循环剧烈。RC试块150次长期浸泡后出现麻面、表面起皮、四周掉角、粗骨料外漏与坑蚀等硫酸盐侵蚀现象。抗压强度最大下降50.7%。抗压强度耐蚀系数为:0.76、0.74和0.59。除在5%硫酸钠溶液中浸泡RC试块外,其余在两种浓度中浸泡RC试块抗压强度耐蚀系数均低于0.75,判定发生硫酸盐侵蚀破坏。反观HDC与同龄期RC相比,150次长期浸泡后未出现基体脱落,纤维拔出,表面出现龟裂现象,轻微坑蚀。抗压强度最大下降30.4%。抗压强度耐蚀系数为:0.86、0.81和0.76,均高于0.75,故在150次长期浸泡耐久性试验结束时,HDC试块仍具有一定的工作寿命。(4)通过对硫酸盐侵蚀后HDC内部微观结构观测,分析发现混凝土内部结构随着侵蚀周期不断变化,由未受侵蚀较密实变成疏松,裂缝密布的结构。其原因便是钙矾石晶体的生成和积聚与侵蚀后期生成的石膏不断膨胀,使混凝土结构胀裂,导致结构的破坏。
