作者石晓芳(2019)在《基于动力学仿真的典型机匣零件高效切削变形控制与参数优化研究》一文中研究指出:切削加工变形问题一直困扰着机械制造行业,航空机匣零件因其结构复杂、壁薄且多由难加工材料制成,其切削加工变形问题尤为突出。本论文提出了一种结合切削动力学仿真预测切削力及切削过程有限元分析预测加工变形的方法,并在此基础上通过合理安排关键工序的走刀次数及每次走刀的切削用量来降低加工变形量,从而实现在满足加工质量的前提下提高此类零件的加工效率。主要研究内容包括:首先,在系统分析国内外有关航空难加工薄壁零件切削加工变形产生机理及其补偿措施的基础上,针对机匣零件的高效切削加工,从航空难加工材料切削机理、切削动力学仿真、切削过程有限元分析和切削参数优化等方面进行了文献综述,提出了一种提高此类零件切削加工效率的方法。其次,简要阐述了切削加工过程动力学建模的基本方法、车削力形成机理、机械式车削力预测公式及车削过程稳定性分析方法,给出了车削加工动态切削力及颤振稳定性叶瓣图预测实例。第三,对以火焰筒内外环为代表的典型薄壁机匣零件进行了切削加工工艺性分析,根据其现有的切削加工工艺,从中确定了关键加工工序、典型加工特征及其详细的切削加工参数。最后,针对关键加工工序及典型加工特征,建立了简化的三维工件模型及其有限元分析模型,对给定切削参数下的切削力、加工变形量进行了预测,通过合理调整关键工序的走刀次数及其切削用量,在在不增加变形量的前提下,提高了其切削效率。验证试验与工件试切结果均证实,本文所提出的方法不仅可以提高薄壁机匣零件的切削加工效率,而且也能满足其加工精度要求。
