作者王鑫,方建华,刘坪,江泽琦(2019)在《硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯的合成与性能评价》一文中研究指出:用丁二酰亚胺,三乙醇胺,双氧水,油酸甲酯和硼酸合成了硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯。用四球机和曲轴箱模拟试验分别对硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯在菜子油中的抗磨减摩性能和清净分散性能进行了评价,并借助于扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和x-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯的抗磨减摩机理进行了探讨。随着硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯添加量的增加,菜子油的最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷增加,而磨斑直径和摩擦因数则下降,结焦量也逐渐减少。当硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯的添加量为2.5%时,最大无卡咬负荷从674 N增加到980 N,增加了约45%。烧结负荷从1236 N增加到2452 N,增加了约98%。磨斑直径从0.62 mm下降到0.40 mm,下降了约35%。摩擦因数则从0.071下降到0.053,下降了约25%。结焦量从28.2 mg下降到18.9 mg,下降了约33%。铝板评级也从10级下降到5.5级,提高了4.5级。说明硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯是一种具有良好抗磨减摩性能和清净分散性能的多功能添加剂。XPS分析表明,摩擦表面所形成的高强度吸附膜和摩擦化学反应膜具有优良的抗磨减摩作用。(图8表2参考文献6)
