作者张浩(2019)在《秸秆发电厂灰(渣)利用技术研究》一文中研究指出:本文研究了秸秆发电厂灰(渣)在低浓度、低分子量有机酸浸泡下的钾、钙释放过程,其中苹果酸处理飞灰中钾的累计释放量相对最大,但五种有机酸的处理效果差距不大;草酸处理炉渣中钾的累计释放量相对最大;不论是飞灰还是炉渣,乙酸处理钙的累计释放量均相对最大。采用三种动力学方程拟合五种有机酸处理秸秆发电厂灰渣中钾、钙的释放曲线,相比于Elovich方程,双常数方程和指数方程对秸秆发电厂灰渣中钾、钙释放过程拟合的确定系数基本保持在0.95以上,可达到极显著水平,拟合效果较好。在秸秆发电厂灰(渣)中添加助剂,利用机械力化学法进行处理,结果表明,两种助剂对秸秆发电厂灰(渣)的pH值和钾、钙溶出率影响效果明显,产物pH值介于5.70~7.62,水溶性钾、钙溶出率最高可达60.43%和12.81%,炉渣的养分溶出效果略优于飞灰,但差距不大,助剂2的效果优于助剂1;总体来看,当球料比为16:1、球磨反应时间为1h、球磨机转速为400r/min时,助剂2与秸秆发电厂灰(渣)质量比为1:30是最佳的物料配比。飞灰与炉渣按质量比1:1混合,加入助剂2(助剂2与灰渣质量比为1:30),分别与磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢铵、复合肥混合球磨,三种配料处理,产物pH值变化幅度不大;磷酸二氢钾—灰渣、复合肥—灰渣系列产物中水溶性钾的溶出率均在62%以上,枸溶性钾的溶出率保持在95%左右,磷酸二氢铵—灰渣的系列产物中钾的溶出率均相对较低;磷酸二氢钾—灰渣的系列产物中水溶性和枸溶性磷溶出效果较好,当磷酸二氢钾与灰渣质量比为1:5时,水溶性磷溶出率最高为40.99%,枸溶性磷溶出率最高为55.03%。根据安徽省蚌埠市某农场土壤理化性能的检测分析结果及秸秆发电厂灰(渣)的养分溶出效果,开展秸秆发电厂灰(渣)在辣椒上的肥效试验,结果表明,减少20%氮磷钾复合肥施用量,用秸秆发电厂灰(渣)分别减量10%、等量及增量10%补充钾素,辣椒产量与产值均有不同程度的提升,且最低增产幅度为6.80%,能够实现“化肥氮磷减施20%,农作物平均增产3%”的化学肥料减施增效目标。
