国际商务文献翻译批评论

论文摘要

翻译批评对于翻译理论与实践意义重大,通常被认为是翻译学的一个重要组成部分。然而,许多人总是把翻译狭隘地等同于文学翻译,导致了二者之间的差异模糊不清。同样,许多人也总是把翻译批评狭隘地理解为文学翻译批评,而忽视了国际商务文献的翻译批评。随着国际间经济交往的日益频繁,国际商务文献的翻译批评显得愈发重要。本文以当代有影响力的翻译批评理论为依据,以建立国际商务文献翻译批评的理论框架为目标,对国际商务文献的翻译批评进行了尝试性的探索。论文第一章主要介绍了翻译批评的定义及其分类。在第二章中,作者首先对翻译批评的理论地位以及研究现状做出文献综述,并指出了有待解决的问题。然后作者从总体上对翻译批评的实质、类型、功能、标准和方法论进行了深入的研究。此外,作者还在本章的最后分析了翻译批评和翻译理论之间的关系。在第三章中,作者对国际商务做出定义之后,从传统的角度把国际商务文献归入实用文献范畴,又根据K.Reiss提出的理论把其归为以内容为重的文本。同时,作者还详细分析了国际商务文献的语言特点以及文学翻译批评和国际商务文献翻译批评之间的关系。最后,作者对国际商务文献翻译批评的功能做出了分析。在第四章中,作者深入研究了国际商务文献翻译批评的主体和客体,并在前几章研究的基础上,提出了国际商务文献翻译批评的标准和方法论,认为其标准应当考虑到各种主客观因素的影响,根据不同情况,批评时采用不同的标准,并以读者为导向,判断译文是否对原文忠实,译入语是否表达流畅、自然;应当采取对比分析、验证分析和元批评的方法来进行国际商务文献的翻译批评工作。第五章是本文的结论部分,作者对本文研究取得的成果作了统一的归纳并对国际商务文献翻译批评的理论框架提出了自己的设想。
