研究背景: 子宫内膜异位症（简称内异症,endometriosis EM）是指子宫腔被覆粘膜以外的身体其他部位出现有生长功能的子宫内膜组织,是目前常见妇科疾病之一,发病率达10%-15%,并有逐年增加的趋势,虽属良性病变,却有恶性肿瘤的某些特性（如远处转移和种植）,其发病机制仍存在不少争议,临床也缺乏有效的根治手段。近年来促性腺激素释放激素类似物（GnRH-a）与腹腔镜手术相结合,在内异症治疗上取得了较好的疗效,其公认的作用机制是通过与垂体促性腺细胞表面的高亲和力促性腺激素释放激素受体（GnRH-R）结合,下调垂体-性腺轴,使在位、异位子宫内膜萎缩。自20 世纪70年代下丘脑-垂体轴外促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）作用系统相继被发现,其在不同组织与器官中的分布、功能以及对不同GnRH-a 作用的反应引起人们的关注。我们正是基于此检测了GnRH 和GnRH-R 在EM 的表达,初步探讨了其功能,对进一步寻找EM 有效的治疗方法具有重要价值。 第一部分GnRH 和GnRH-R 蛋白在不同类型子宫内膜组织中的表达 目的: 在蛋白水平检测EM 在位、异位内膜和内膜增生、内膜癌及对照组子宫内膜组织中GnRH 和GnRH-R 的表达,比较其表达率,旨在探索不同内膜组织中GnRH 系统的功能。材料和方法: 1. 标本共104 例,来源于住院手术患者,分为EM 在位内膜（28 例）、卵巢囊肿异位内膜（24 例）,子宫内膜增生（13 例）、子宫内膜癌（17 例）和对照组子宫内膜（22 例）。2. 应用免疫组化（IHC）法检测上述标本中GnRH 和GnRH-R 蛋白表达水平。结果: 1. 在对照组和EM 在位内膜,GnRH 和GnRH-R 持续表达,阳性物质位于上皮细
