作者李秀渊(2019)在《芳纶蜂窝材料超声切削过程仿真和实验研究》一文中研究指出:超声辅助切削能够有效减小切削力和切削热、改善被加工材料表面质量并且能够提高加工效率,因此被广泛应用于芳纶蜂窝材料等弱刚度难加工材料切削领域中。尽管可以通过实验手段研究超声切削的工艺优化,但是大量超声切削实验需要的人力、物力和时间成本比较高,并且实验过程中芳纶蜂窝材料的微观破损表面特征呈现困难,而通过仿真手段研究则能够有效弥补超声切削实验本身的缺憾。有限元仿真不仅可以直观、形象地呈现超声切削过程中刀具和芳纶蜂窝材料接触的界面特征,而且能够实时、方便地获取超声切削过程中的切削力,这对芳纶蜂窝材料超声切削过程的切削工艺参数优化、装备开发以及专用刀具研究都具有重要意义。基于此本文开展了芳纶蜂窝材料超声切削过程仿真和实验研究,旨在确定最优的有限元仿真模型来指导超声切削工艺参数的优化。围绕蜂窝材料微观断裂模型、直刀超声切削仿真模型、圆刀超声切削仿真模型、基于仿真分析的超声切削工艺参数优化等主要方面,研究工作和研究成果如下:(1)超声切削蜂窝材料的理论基础。研究了蜂窝材料的本构特性和力学性能,根据芳纶蜂窝材料的本构特征推导了基于单层各向同性的芳纶蜂窝材料本构方程,根据小挠度薄板弯曲理论并结合直刀超声切削和圆刀超声切削两种不同的加工工艺,推导出基于薄板理论的直刀超声切削作用下蜂窝材料受力变形公式和圆刀超声切削作用下蜂窝材料受力变形公式,指出超声切削作用下蜂窝材料的断裂特性和断裂状态判定方法。(2)芳纶蜂窝材料超声切削仿真建模的关键技术研究。根据超声切削蜂窝材料的加工特性和芳纶蜂窝材料的结构特点,提出减小材料断裂应变参数来体现超声切削高应变率特点的材料本构建模方法;研究将芳纶蜂窝材料胞壁结构中的芳纶纸和酚醛树脂看作整体或装配体分别构建基于单层和多层的材料结构模型,并进一步从几何建模角度将单层材料结构模型细化为整体建模、层状建模和壳体建模三种单层模型,针对三种单层和一种多层的材料结构模型,分别定义了材料本构特性并分析仿真模式下超声切削过程中的断裂特点。(3)直刀超声切削仿真。通过对比直刀超声切削仿真后处理模型中胞壁节点在进给方向的位移量和基于薄板理论计算的直刀超声切削作用下蜂窝材料胞壁上对应位置的挠度,以及从进给方向的切削力、蜂窝材料变形破损过程两个角度比较超声切削仿真结果与实际切削实验结果的相符性,结果表明,多层仿真模型的综合精度最高,但耗时长;单层仿真模型中层状建模方法的综合性能最优,并且还可以预测芳纶蜂窝材料在实际切削加工后的表面破坏特征。(4)圆刀超声切削仿真。构建了采用层状建模方法的芳纶蜂窝材料单层材料结构模型,对比了圆刀超声切削作用下切削力的仿真结果和实验结果、位移量的仿真计算结果和理论计算结果,表明本文所建圆刀超声切削仿真模型是有效的。(5)工艺参数优化。通过引入有限元仿真技术,在现有超声切削仿真模型的基础上以超声切削力最小为优化目标,结合正交实验方案设计和极差分析方法针对直刀和圆刀分别获取超声切削作用下的最优工艺参数组合,利用超声切削实验来验证基于仿真分析的超声切削工艺参数优化的可靠性。仿真优化结果表明:优化后的超声切削工艺参数能够降低超声切削力,基于仿真手段获取最佳工艺参数的方法能够大幅度缩减芳纶蜂窝材料超声切削工艺参数优化的研究周期。
