作者宋宝根(2019)在《光学干涉投影条纹的补偿方法》一文中研究指出:条纹投影法以高精度、非接触性、高速度等优点,已被广泛应用在许多领域,如工业测量,逆向工程和医疗检查等。条纹投影法测量物体形貌时,高质量的投影条纹是获得高精度三维形貌复原结果的前提和保证。但由于环境的变化和投影设备原因,造成投影条纹相位畸变,提取的相位信息不能真实还原物体本身的三维形貌信息,降低了形貌测量的精度。为了减小投影条纹相位畸变对物体形貌测量的影响,首先通过相位畸变识别原理对畸变的投影条纹进行相位畸变识别,然后利用条纹相位补偿算法结合相位补偿器对畸变的投影条纹进行相位补偿,保证投影条纹质量。主要研究内容如下:1)将变形镜引入条纹投影系统,改进条纹投影系统,使之能够补偿条纹相位。2)非形貌调制的条纹相位畸变识别。将空域滤波和频域滤波合并,以能量分布信息为优化目标,加入自适应原理,形成自适应双域滤波,对条纹进行滤波,利用条纹图像能量转换将条纹图像转化为能量分布图,再经过能量分布识别法判别条纹相位畸变现象。3)非形貌调制的条纹相位畸变补偿。根据变形反射镜补偿原理,对变形反射镜进行控制补偿,提高镜面控制精度,降低变形反射镜自身的系统误差,利用相位补偿原理,结合所得相位畸变信息、变形反射镜控制模型、镜面补偿原理,仿真对畸变条纹的相位补偿。实验证明相比其他滤波算法,自适应双域滤波算法能够较大提升条纹能量分布图的能量分布集中度;能量分布识别法能够准确识别条纹相位畸变现象,最小可识别60mrad的相位畸变;通过变形反射镜面形补偿算法提高变形反射镜的控制精度,降低系统误差;闭环补偿相位方法对畸变条纹进行相位补偿,经过仿真补偿后的条纹畸变相位最小为80mrad。图29幅;表1个;参46篇。
