作者王京(2019)在《骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器火焰控制方法研究》一文中研究指出:骨料烘干燃烧器多采用煤、原油、天然气、水煤浆为燃料,而在我国煤炭资源丰富、价格低廉,煤的着火温度较低,点火容易且升温快,煤粉作为骨料烘干的燃料具有显著的经济性和良好的综合效能。煤粉燃烧器的火焰长度影响骨料的烘干效果,也影响煤粉燃烧效率和污染物排放特性,受设备条件、燃料性质及工况参数的限制,火焰长度存在合理的变化范围。本课题拟针对旋流式骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器的火焰控制技术开展研究。深入分析骨料烘干工艺及热力学需求,将理论分析与数值模拟计算相结合,通过研究煤粉燃烧机理及污染物生成机理,运用燃烧学、流体力学中反应、着火、燃烧、湍流流动、传质传热等相关理论合理构建煤粉燃烧的湍流模型、燃烧及辐射换热模型、NO_X及SO_X生成模型等,对骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器中煤粉的燃烧行为进行准确描述。深入分析燃烧器火焰长度的影响因素,探寻燃烧器不同结构参数和工况参数对火焰特征的影响规律,并研究火焰特征对煤粉燃烧效率、污染物排放的影响规律。在提升煤粉燃烧效率和降低污染物排放的目标下,结合骨料烘干工艺需求,探索煤粉燃烧过程中火焰长度的控制规律。具体研究内容如下:1.根据骨料烘干工艺及煤粉燃烧器工作要求,基于稳燃原理和低NO_X燃烧技术,确立燃烧器内部煤粉燃烧行为控制模型的建立方法。2.对影响火焰特征(包括火焰长度和火焰形状)的物理因素进行理论分析,探寻燃烧器结构参数和工况参数对火焰特征的影响规律,并研究火焰特征(包括火焰长度和火焰形状)与煤粉燃烧效率、污染物排放之间的映射规律。3.以提高燃烧效率和降低污染排放为目的,研究煤粉燃烧器的火焰控制方法。论文研究成果将为骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器的开发研制提供理论支持。

gu liao hong gan ran shao qi duo cai yong mei 、yuan you 、tian ran qi 、shui mei jiang wei ran liao ,er zai wo guo mei tan zi yuan feng fu 、jia ge di lian ,mei de zhao huo wen du jiao di ,dian huo rong yi ju sheng wen kuai ,mei fen zuo wei gu liao hong gan de ran liao ju you xian zhe de jing ji xing he liang hao de zeng ge xiao neng 。mei fen ran shao qi de huo yan chang du ying xiang gu liao de hong gan xiao guo ,ye ying xiang mei fen ran shao xiao lv he wu ran wu pai fang te xing ,shou she bei tiao jian 、ran liao xing zhi ji gong kuang can shu de xian zhi ,huo yan chang du cun zai ge li de bian hua fan wei 。ben ke ti ni zhen dui xuan liu shi gu liao hong gan mei fen ran shao qi de huo yan kong zhi ji shu kai zhan yan jiu 。shen ru fen xi gu liao hong gan gong yi ji re li xue xu qiu ,jiang li lun fen xi yu shu zhi mo ni ji suan xiang jie ge ,tong guo yan jiu mei fen ran shao ji li ji wu ran wu sheng cheng ji li ,yun yong ran shao xue 、liu ti li xue zhong fan ying 、zhao huo 、ran shao 、tuan liu liu dong 、chuan zhi chuan re deng xiang guan li lun ge li gou jian mei fen ran shao de tuan liu mo xing 、ran shao ji fu she huan re mo xing 、NO_Xji SO_Xsheng cheng mo xing deng ,dui gu liao hong gan mei fen ran shao qi zhong mei fen de ran shao hang wei jin hang zhun que miao shu 。shen ru fen xi ran shao qi huo yan chang du de ying xiang yin su ,tan xun ran shao qi bu tong jie gou can shu he gong kuang can shu dui huo yan te zheng de ying xiang gui lv ,bing yan jiu huo yan te zheng dui mei fen ran shao xiao lv 、wu ran wu pai fang de ying xiang gui lv 。zai di sheng mei fen ran shao xiao lv he jiang di wu ran wu pai fang de mu biao xia ,jie ge gu liao hong gan gong yi xu qiu ,tan suo mei fen ran shao guo cheng zhong huo yan chang du de kong zhi gui lv 。ju ti yan jiu nei rong ru xia :1.gen ju gu liao hong gan gong yi ji mei fen ran shao qi gong zuo yao qiu ,ji yu wen ran yuan li he di NO_Xran shao ji shu ,que li ran shao qi nei bu mei fen ran shao hang wei kong zhi mo xing de jian li fang fa 。2.dui ying xiang huo yan te zheng (bao gua huo yan chang du he huo yan xing zhuang )de wu li yin su jin hang li lun fen xi ,tan xun ran shao qi jie gou can shu he gong kuang can shu dui huo yan te zheng de ying xiang gui lv ,bing yan jiu huo yan te zheng (bao gua huo yan chang du he huo yan xing zhuang )yu mei fen ran shao xiao lv 、wu ran wu pai fang zhi jian de ying she gui lv 。3.yi di gao ran shao xiao lv he jiang di wu ran pai fang wei mu de ,yan jiu mei fen ran shao qi de huo yan kong zhi fang fa 。lun wen yan jiu cheng guo jiang wei gu liao hong gan mei fen ran shao qi de kai fa yan zhi di gong li lun zhi chi 。
