作者钟惠舟,彭进湖,陈卓华,何嘉莉(2019)在《自来水厂消毒副产物和FDOM的关系》一文中研究指出:为分析自来水厂消毒副产物(Disinfection by-products, DBPs)和荧光溶解性有机物(fluorescent dissolved organic matter, FDOM)的关系,采集南方某水厂水处理工艺段水样。水样经过0.45μm滤膜过滤后,测定溶解性有机物(dissolved organic carbon, DOC)、UV254(ultraviolet absorbance at 254 nm)、三维荧光光谱(three dimensional ecxitation-emissions matrixs, 3D-EEMs)、生物源指数(Biogenic index, BIX)、三氯甲烷生成潜能(trichloromethane formation potential, TCMFP)和三氯乙醛生成潜能(chloral hydrate formation potential,CHFP),使用荧光区域一体化(fluorescence regional integration, FRI)和多元线性回归方法分析TCM和CH分别与FDOM的关系。结果表明:在水处理过程中,FDOM的特征峰为四个:芳香性化合物、类富里酸、类色氨酸物质和类腐殖质物质。TCM前体物来源为芳香性化合物、类富里酸、类色氨酸物质和类腐殖质物质的贡献。TCM、CH与DOC、SUVA254不存在显著的线性关系。经过多元线性方程拟合,TCM和区域积分结果存在显著的多元线性关系(r2=0.85)。CH与BIX存在较好的线性相关关系(r2=0.82)。可根据消毒副产物来源,有针对性去除消毒副产物前体物。
