隐喻的认知研究及二语习得中隐喻能力的培养

论文摘要

传统上认为隐喻是语言的装饰,但是随着研究的深入,人们越来越认识到隐喻是一种重要的认知模式,通过隐喻可以构建新的语言意义。隐喻能力成为二语习得过程中对学习者更高的要求,是语言能力和交际能力的有益补充。本文通过概念隐喻阐述了隐喻的认知机制及其对二语习得的促进作用,并将利用这些促进作用在实证研究的基础上结合输入假说探讨培养学生隐喻能力的途径。隐喻和二语习得均可以从认知的角度来研究,将隐喻引入到二语习得中既能推动二语习得理论的发展,也会推动隐喻理论的深入。本文目的是为了探讨隐语能力的培养模式,以期找到一种较适合中国学生学习英语隐喻的方法。
