论文摘要
本文根据现代语言教学理论探讨提高中国学生英语口语的有效途径。鉴于许多中国大学生,尤其是非英语专业学生,在学习英语多年后仍不能说英语这样一个事实,本文作者为中国计量学院量新学院的十二名学生设计了一个为期一个月的实验。作者认为非英语专业学生要提高英语口语必须获取大量的“可理解性输入”。对于英语口语初学者,其他重要的方法还包括朗读、模仿和背诵等。文章还对实验过程中采用的一些有效的英语教学方法进行了讨论。这些讨论以及对于实验结果的分析构成本文的核心部分。
