关于高中生英语词汇策略培训的研究

词汇是语言的基本元素,没有词汇,语言就不复存在。外语学习和词汇学习紧密相连。通过研究,学者们发现,词汇问题经常牵制一个人的语言交流能力。二语学习者普遍都持有这样的观点:是词汇而不是语法,阻碍他们用第二语言和别人交流,原因是词汇是他们所要表达和理解的基本信息的载体。文章认为英语词汇的学习对英语学习本身的提高有巨大的贡献。为了提高学生的英语水平,合格词汇的习得能很容易的帮助学生扫除听,说,读,写方面的障碍,而且,听,说,读,写能力的提高,在很大程度上取决于词汇。然而老师和学生长久以来一直忽视词汇的学习,从而导致学生在英语学习方面进步很慢。因此词汇学习的重要性被提出。文章认为要解决费时,低效的英语词汇学习问题,训练学生掌握一些词汇学习策略是必要的。文章大致可分为五部分。第一部分根据我国现阶段高中英语词汇教学的现状和作者的调查发现阻碍学生在英语词汇学习方面取得进步的原因是学生缺乏有效的学习和记忆词汇的策略,从而导致学生在学习英语词汇是产生各种心理焦虑。因此教师在课堂上培训学生掌握一些词汇学习的策略是非常必要的。第二部分论述了词汇学习策略方面的研究,词汇学习策略的定义和分类。第三部分实验阶段。实验的目的是通过在日常的学习中训练学生词汇学习策略,从而提高学生词汇学习的效率,扩大学生的词汇量。实验的对象是高一的两个班级,72班,实验班,老师在这个班里训练学生词汇学习策略,73班,对照班,老师在这个班还采用传统方法教授单词。实验的假设是通过训练学生掌握和应用词汇学习策略可以提高学生词汇学习的效率和扩大学生的词汇量。实验用时半年。实验的工具是测试和问卷调查。实验采用了我国学者王弥笃的策略课堂训练模式,训练学生掌握如何自学新单词,利用构词法学习词汇和如何从课文中猜单词的意义。利用测验以检查学生达到的效果。通过实验数据的分析的出结论:训练学生掌握一些基本的词汇学习和记忆策略确实能帮助学生改善学生英语词汇学习的兴趣和效果。
