安家岭2号井工矿特厚煤层综放工作面煤岩活动规律及放煤工艺研究

论文摘要

本文以平朔露井联采矿区特厚煤层综放开采条件为依据,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,运用理论分析、相似模拟、现场实测等方法,对露井联采条件下特厚煤层综放工作面的煤岩运移规律、矿压显现规律和放煤工艺参数进行了深入的研究。通过分析特厚煤层综放工作面覆岩结构特征,得出垮落带岩层具有不规则垮落和规则垮落分布的特征,规则垮落带之上的岩层形成砌体梁结构,建立了覆岩结构模型,分析计算了支架合理的工作阻力。分析研究了煤矸流动与放出规律以及放煤工艺参数对顶煤回收率的影响,得出随着放煤步距增大,顶煤始动点边界线前移,顶煤运移范围越大;放煤后,煤矸分界线下部出现突变,形成台阶状,随放煤步距变大,煤矸分界线上出现的突变点愈多,而且煤矸分界线的整体斜率逐渐减小;确定了合理的放煤工艺参数为两采一放双轮顺序放煤。结合安家岭2号井工煤矿的工程实践,现场实测验证了论文研究结论的正确性,现场应用取得了良好的技术经济效益。该论文有图54幅,表22个,参考文献59篇。
