作者杜海燕(2019)在《天山雪岭云杉接种菌根真菌后对氮磷添加的响应》一文中研究指出:雪岭云杉(Picea schrenkiana)是天山森林的建群种,在中国北方针叶林中占有重要地位。主要分布在天山北坡海拔1500–2700m的中山带,面积约52.84×104hm2,占新疆天然林有林地面积的44.9%,构成新疆森林的主体。对天山的水源涵养、水土保持、净化空气、生物多样性保育等方面起着重要的生态主导作用。但是,近年来雪岭云杉森林存在幼苗存活困难、苗期生长缓慢、易感染病虫害和不能自然更新等现象。菌根是植物根系和土壤真菌形成的互惠共生体,菌根真菌(mycorrhizal fungi)则是指参与菌根形成的真菌,对森林生态系统的稳定起着重要的意义。本文以7年生雪岭云杉幼苗为研究对象,首先在天山北坡森林生态系统定位站采集云杉林下细根样及土壤样品。其次对云杉根段的菌根真菌进行分离培养纯化以及鉴定,并制作菌剂。研究了在接种不同菌根真菌和施肥水平下,对7年生雪岭云杉幼苗及其土壤株高、基径、生物量、土壤酶含量等生理生化指标的影响。研究结果对雪岭云杉筛选菌剂提供了一定的意义。论文取得的主要进展如下:1.通过对雪岭云杉根段的菌根真菌进行分离培养纯化,最终鉴定出6种。分别是分别为:Simplicillium lanosoniveum;长孢被孢霉(Mortierella elongata);镰刀真菌(Fusarium spp.);球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana),木霉属真菌(Trichoderma spp.);粗糙脉孢菌(Neurospora crassa)。研究发现,长孢被孢霉属可以促进植物的生长,木霉属对许多植物病原菌具有拮抗和重寄生作用。粗糙脉孢菌(Neurospora crassa)可以促进木聚糖酶的合成。而球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)属于虫生真菌,是害虫生物防治中最重要的一种。2.在不同菌根真菌接种处理下,在接种Mortierella elongata后,云杉的主根长和侧根长显著高于对照组230%和29%,Simplicillium lanosoniveum和长孢被孢霉的情况下,幼苗的主根长显著高于对照组428%。说明这三种菌根真菌能够显著促进天山云杉幼苗根系的生长;叶绿素含量则均低于对照组。3.在N50%、P50%、N50%P50%添加背景下,接种Simplicillium lanosoniveum、Mortierella elongata、Simplicillium lanosoniveum和Mortierella elongata能够显著促进云杉幼苗的主根长和侧根长,N50%P50%添加背景下,接种Simplicillium lanosoniveum和Mortierella elongata促进云杉幼苗根系对磷和钾的吸收。而其他菌根真菌接种方案在氮磷添加背景下对天山云杉的生长影响不大。
