作者张美红(2019)在《基于无人机的民航无线电干扰空中监测与分析研究》一文中研究指出:近年来我国民航运输业得到了飞速发展,为了确保民航事业的安全运行,民航无线电专用频率被要求安全、合理、有序地运用在民航运输体系。我国无线电技术迎来了飞速发展阶段,这使得我国无线电设备在市场上呈现“爆炸式”增长。但是目前市场上流通着许多个人制作的简易无线电发射装置,其中多数是三无产品,达不到国家标准,使得民航运输业赖以安全运行的电磁环境变得越发复杂甚至恶化,导致我国民航运输业频繁遭受无线电干扰。据统计结果显示,近年来我国民航无线电干扰次数呈现增长趋势。当前我国排查民航无线电干扰源主要依靠各地无线电管理委员会办公室(简称无委办),而地方无委办并没有有效的空中监测手段,利用传统的地面二维监测手段去监测民航无线电干扰时,因为地面环境中的建筑群、山丘、树林等遮挡物的影响,无线电信号存在反射、绕射、折射、散射等现象,监测系统在地面难以接收到目标干扰信号,增加了技术人员排查民航无线电干扰源的难度,导致排查效率低下。而利用有人机携带监测系统升入高空对民航无线电干扰进行监测,会受到空域限制,且必须提前申请飞行航线,审批流程复杂,周期也较长。本文采用无人机平台携带无线电监测系统升入空中对民航无线电干扰源进行监测定位,旨在克服无线电信号在地面存在反射、绕射、折射、散射现象时给监测工作带来的困难,在空中寻找到无线电信号直射路径,迅速准确查找民航无线电干扰源的位置。本文研究了民航无线电干扰及其形成机理,根据测向定位原理在MATLAB GUI环境中编写了一段解算目标干扰源大地坐标的仿真程序,旨在简化实际监测过程的计算量,仿真程序可以求解出大地坐标信息,直接在电子地图上确定目标干扰源具体位置。设计并搭建了一款空中无线电监测系统,并对该系统进行了实地测试,包括测向误差测试,监测半径测试,和两点交叉定位测试,测试结果论证了基于无人机的无线电空中监测的可行性和优越性。最后对空中无线电监测系统监测民航无线电干扰的下一步研究工作提出了几点探讨意见。
