论文摘要: 本文历时三年(2002-2004)通过对河北省三鹿奶制品有限公司和长城葡萄酒有限公司进行案例研究,旨在回答三方面的问题:第一,中国农业企业如何持续发展?第二,中国经济转型时期中,私营经济在2000年合法化后民营农业企业是如何生存发展的?第三,加入WTO后中国经济制度改革如何影响农业企业的发展和持续发展?之所以选择这两个企业是因为:第一,两个企业的发展是以农业和农户为基础的,与农业和农户联系非常紧密;第二,两个企业发展历时较长,三鹿奶制品有限公司从1956年成立,经历了经营规模从小到大逐渐发展成为中国奶制品加工的龙头企业的过程;长城葡萄酒有限公司从1983年建立,也经历了由中型企业发展成为中国大型葡萄酒加工企业的过程。两个企业都经历了从计划经济到市场经济的过渡,其管理具有自身特色,可以说是中国农业企业可持续性发展的成功典范。第三,两个企业原属不同的所有制企业,其中三鹿奶制品有限公司由集体所有制企业发展成为股份制企业,长城葡萄酒有限公司由国有企业发展成为中外合资股份制企业,并且两个企业都进行了不断改革和结构重组。特别是在中国经济快速发展时期,两个企业得到了蓬勃发展。在其发展过程中,科学技术发挥了重要作用,人力资源也是重要的影响因素。政府在企业重组过程中提供了可供企业重组的发展环境。
