工业企业车间员工的安全观念与安全作业行为研究 ——以IRPC为例

如今,泰国将要成为一个工业化的社会。随着泰国的经济迅速地发展,泰国的经济结构,从农业到工业,也在一直变化着。而现代自动化机械系统是非常复杂的。如果没有合适的安全管理系统,员工的健康问题就会产生。所以,研究者意识到了,我们应该学习关于员工的安全措施和安全行为观念,去促进工厂或企业里的安全管理系统。主要目标:1.学习关于工业厂房的一般安全管理系统。2.学习和评估工业厂房里雇员的安全措施观念和安全作业行为的水平。3.学习工业厂房里雇员的安全措施观念和安全作业行为之间的相互关系。具体目标:1.了解安全管理系统,以及工业厂房里雇员的安全措施观念和安全作业行为的水平。2.为了提高和发展安全管理系统的效率。3.为了发展中间媒介,去提升和补充关于作业安全中的有效观点,并进行正确的安全的行为。这个案例研究在泰国Rayong府的IRPC公司进行。研究者咨询了一位导师和两位专业的安全干事,目的在于开发用来评估雇员在安全措施观念和安全作业行为的测量仪器。共分为本5部分,包括:使用个人防护装备(PPE),使用安全条件下的仪器和机械,使用为紧急状况而准备的警报信号,使用安全法规和政策,适宜的工作环境。问卷调查对泰国最大的一体化石化公司IRPC的240个操作员工独立进行,用来收集对安全测量和安全行为观念的人员和数据信息。案例研究评估总结,泰国最大的一体化石化公司IRPC的雇员的安全措施观念,在使用个人防护装备方面,处于良好的水平;在使用安全条件下的仪器和机械方面,处于优秀的水平;在使用为紧急状况而准备的警报信号方面,处于优秀的水平;在使用安全法规和政策方面,处于良好的水平;在适宜的工作环境方面,也处于良好的水平。所以,泰国最大的一体化石化公司IRPC的雇员在安全措施观念的总体状况,处于良好的水平。泰国最大的一体化石化公司IRPC的雇员,在安全作业行为方面,处于良好的水平。泰国最大的一体化石化公司IRPC的雇员,在安全措施观念和安全作业行为之间的相互关系上,从统计学意义上看,处于积极的0.01水平,积差相关系数为0.63。
