大学英语教师非权力因素影响与学生情感因素研究

论文摘要

近年来应用语言学领域中英语学习者的个体差异越来越受到语言学家的关注情感因素作为个体差异的一方面也日益受到语言学家的重视。对于其在外语教学和学习中不可忽视的作用,语言学家给予了积极认可。教师作为课堂教学中作为学习者最重要的互动对象,其课堂行为对学生的情感因素有着很大影响。课堂教学中,教师行为的影响力包括权利影响力和非权力影响力。教师的非权力影响力作为教师行为影响力的一个重要组成部分,它和学生情感因素的相关性如何是本文试图回答的问题。基于此,本文以情感因素和教师非权力影响力的相关研究如人本主义理论、情感过滤假设、中介理论等为理论支撑,以山西大学非英语专业学生为研究对象,用问卷调查、学生访谈、教师教学日l志等定量及定性相结合的研究方法,对大学英语课堂教学中教师的非权力影响力和学生情感因素的相关性作了初步探讨。研究表明,教师的非权力影响力和焦虑、自信、自尊、态度及持之以恒这五种情感因素都有相关性,相关性程度从强到弱依次为：焦虑>态度>自信>自尊>持之以恒。因此,教师应该充分发挥其非权力影响力,从而让学生更好地发挥情感因素的积极作用。
