关联理论对翻译现象的解释

论文摘要

本文拟从翻译的性质、译者的身份及译文的目的等三方面对翻译现象作一个比较客观而全面的解释说明。 古今中外的许多翻译理论家们都曾致力于规定性翻译研究,而该研究却暴露出太多的局限性。鉴于此,描写翻译研究采取完全不同的翻译范式,其目标不是制定规则或评价译文,而是观察、描写和解释各种翻译现象。关联理论虽然是关于交际的认知理论,但同时也为描写翻译研究提供了一个完整而统一的理论基础,反映了翻译研究从规定性到描写性的转变。根据关联理论,所有的翻译都是语际间的解释,成功与否在于其能否遵守人类交际的一个基本条件,即关联原则。 本文共分为五大部分。第一章是绪论部分,阐述了描写翻译研究的必要性和本文的目的。第二章对翻译研究进行综述,对比分析描写翻译研究和规定性翻译研究,以说明描写翻译研究的重要性。第三章主要介绍关联理论中几个与本文有关的重要概念。第四章是关联理论在翻译中的运用。最后一章为全文结语。
