供应链管理实践在中国公司中的转移 ——以南京依维柯汽车公司为例

汽车公司正高度全球化扩张,并且建立起国际供应商网络。为了取得更高的效益、提高成品的质量,跨国公司(MNEs)不得不将资源致力于发展供应链,以及提升全球经营单位的供应管理能力。因此,跨国汽车公司越来越急于通过各国,在它们全球子公司和经营单位的网络中转变供应管理措施(SMP)。这项研究的主要目的在于对“国际供应管理措施的转变”的理解提供理论上和实证上的帮助。通过对于供应管理措施转变效果,以及影响这种过程的相关原因,进行深入地定量分析,此项个案研究以一个主要跨国汽车制造商——依维柯,其下属中国南京依维柯汽车有限公司为例,分析供应管理措施的转变。根据六项组织惯例,即评估标准,也就是制造或购买的选择、供应商的选择、依赖性管理、经营管理、技术合作和多层级角度,这些分析表明了转变的过程并不是在所有涉及的方面实行的。因此,完全的转变仅仅在那些与供应商相互依赖性程度并不强的特定地区。当地经济制度的原因以及公司层面的变量(比如组织体系和知识管理措施)似乎影响着转变的过程。不过,选择局部转变不仅出于经济考虑,而且取决于中国经济环境的特色,比如中国商业文化和价值观。此外,供应管理措施转变的另一变量是驻外经理,这一角色。他们已经被许多学术研究关注的重要性在此项研究中亦有主要论证
