作者毛晶晶(2019)在《退火工艺对铝铁合金冷轧板组织及性能的影响》一文中研究指出:铝铁合金具有耐热、耐磨、抗腐蚀、高温下抗氧化及抗硫化腐蚀等优良性能,因此在航空航天、兵器和汽车领域有着广阔的应用前景。但铝铁合金中存在的Al-Fe相一般呈针状或片状,会严重割裂基体,造成应力集中,大大降低铝铁合金的力学性能。并且经冷轧变形的金属会发生加工硬化不利于后续加工。因此研究稀土元素La对冷轧铝铁合金退火过程中组织及性能的作用具有重要意义。本课题以内蒙古中拓铝业有限公司生产的铝铁合金冷轧板为研究对象,采用微观组织表征及力学性能相结合的方法,系统研究了再结晶退火过程中不同La添加量铝铁合金冷轧板的组织及力学性能的变化,探究了铝铁合金冷轧板再结晶织构的演变规律。对La添加量分别为0、0.2wt.%、0.4wt.%的铝铁合金冷轧板进行恒温退火和恒时退火。实验结果表明,添加La元素可通过其变质作用对铝铁相形貌和尺寸上有所改变,使得冷轧态的铝铁相由粗大的长条状向球状发展,完成再结晶的铝铁相宽度方向上尺寸有了显著的减小。恒时退火条件下,三种铝铁合金315℃保温3小时后完成再结晶。三种铝铁合金在部分再结晶时拉伸性能存在一定差异,稀土La的添加降低了材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度,提高了材料的延伸率,并且La添加量为0.2wt.%的铝铁试样相比0.4wt.%的试样具有较高的抗拉强度与延伸率。而完成再结晶后,三种铝铁合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率相差不大。恒温条件下,315℃恒温条件1h便完成再结晶,365℃条件下5min便已完成再结晶。三种合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度随保温时间的变化趋势大致相同,La添加量为0.2wt.%的铝铁合金其抗拉强度和屈服强度均略高于其余两种合金。对La添加量为0.2wt.%的铝铁合金冷轧板进行宏观织构及微观织构的测定,以及对退火再结晶过程中晶粒尺寸、晶粒间取向差进行统计分析。实验结果表明,宏观织构在冷轧时以β取向线为主,而在再结晶退火过程中轧制S{124}<211>向R{124}<211>转变,所生成的R织构在欧拉空间中以取向线出现的位置与β线相似。冷轧态的铝铁合金中存在很多取向的晶粒,各种取向的晶粒相间分布,以<001>取向及<111>取向为主,此时大量的碎晶及亚晶分布在样品空间中,形成大量的大角度晶界;在部分再结晶过程中,<111>取向晶粒几乎占据了整个组织空间,表现出较为单一的取向,合金中以小角度晶界及亚晶为主;当完全再结晶时,晶粒的晶界清晰,合金中以<001>取向和<111>取向的晶粒为主,取向的多样性增强,大角度晶界略有增加。综合三种La添加量的铝铁合金在不同热处理状态下的微观组织、硬度及拉伸性能,当La添加量为0.2wt.%时,铝铁合金在冷轧态及完全再结晶后均具有较好的微观组织,在部分再结晶及完全再结晶后均具有较好的抗拉强度和延伸率。另外,Fe元素的作用使得铝铁合金完全再结晶后形成强烈的R{124}<211>。
