论文摘要
目的:比较分析新疆伊犁哈萨克族超重/肥胖学龄儿童和体重正常学龄儿童肠道菌群中的拟杆菌门数量(Bacteroidetes)、硬壁菌门数量(Firmicutes)及拟杆菌门/硬壁菌门比值(Bact/Firm)的差异。方法:应用荧光定量PCR(Q-PCR)法检测84例超重/肥胖学龄儿童(超重/肥胖组)和84例体重正常学龄儿童(正常组)肠道菌群中的Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes,计算Bact/Firm,并分析Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes及Bact/Firm在两组的组成情况及差异。结果:(1)超重/肥胖组Bacteroidetes少于Firmicutes;(2)超重/肥胖组较正常组Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes及Bact/Firm无明显改变;(3)对超重/肥胖组按超重和肥胖分层,发现:①肥胖组Bacteroidetes少于超重组和正常组②Firmicutes在肥胖组、超重组和正常组三组间无明显差异。③肥胖组Bact/Firm小于超重组和正常组;(4)性别与Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes及Bact/Firm对超重/肥胖与否的影响存在交互作用;(5)对超重/肥胖组Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes及Bact/Firm与相应BMI值行Spearman相关关系分析,发现:BMI值与Bact/Firm有一定程度负相关关系;(6)以BMI值为因变量,以Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes及Bact/Firm为自变量行多重线性回归分析,发现Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes进入回归方程。结论:①Bacteroidetes及Bact/Firm(?)的减少与新疆伊犁哈萨克族学龄儿童肥胖的发生有关系。②本次试验中未发现Firmicutes与新疆伊犁哈萨克族学龄儿童肥胖的发生有关系。③在体重由超重向肥胖发展的过程中,Firmicutes不是一直在增加的。④在新疆伊犁哈萨克族超重学龄儿童中也出现了Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes的减少,但真正导致超重发生的肠道菌群因素可能是Bact/Firm的增加。⑤性别与Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes及Bact/Firm对超重/肥胖与否的影响存在交互作用,在相同条件下,Bacteroidetes的减少对于女生更容易获得体重的增加。
