作者路涛(2019)在《外源独脚金内酯缓解番茄幼苗弱光胁迫的机制研究》一文中研究指出:我国设施番茄以冬半年生产居多,而北方冬半年有较长的弱光期,影响番茄植株生长发育,特别是近年来雾霾天气增多,更增加了弱光程度及持续天数,严重降低了作物的光合能力并制约了设施番茄的高效生产。在园艺生产中,常用激素类化学生长调节剂来有效提高作物抗逆性。独脚金内酯(SLs)是一类由类胡萝卜素衍生的植物激素,能够介导作物对一些非生物胁迫(如盐胁迫、干旱胁迫、营养缺乏胁迫等)的响应。然而关于SLs在弱光胁迫(LL)诱导的光抑制及耐弱光性中的作用仍然未知。因此我们利用叶片喷施GR24(SLs的一种人工合成类似物)的方法研究了其对弱光胁迫下番茄幼苗生理生化的影响,主要结论如下:1.研究结果表明,弱光胁迫对番茄幼苗生长发育造成不利影响,显著减弱番茄叶片光合碳同化能力,阻碍光合电子传递,抑制光系统(PS)Ⅱ和PSⅠ反应中心活性,此外弱光胁迫还显著增加番茄叶片中活性氧积累并加剧其脂质过氧化程度。2.外源叶面喷施GR24有效缓解弱光逆境对番茄幼苗植株生长的抑制程度,如植株干重、鲜重、茎粗等生长指标均显著提高。此外,GR24还能显著提高番茄幼苗叶片光合色素(叶绿素a和叶绿素b)含量、净光合速率(Pn)等,从而减轻弱光胁迫对光合机构的损伤。GR24处理还促进受弱光胁迫的番茄幼苗叶片将吸收的光能更多的用于光化学反应,其中PS Ⅱ最大光化学效率Fv/Fm、PS Ⅱ和PSⅠ的有效量子产率Y(Ⅱ)和Y(Ⅰ)等显著升高,而PSⅡ处非调节性能量耗散的量子产量Y(NO)、供体侧限制引起的PS Ⅰ处非光化学能量耗散的量子产量Y(ND)及PS Ⅱ反应中心激发压1-qP等显著降低,说明GR24能增强弱光胁迫下番茄幼苗的光系统活性。3.本文研究结果还表明,外源GR24处理显著提高弱光胁迫下番茄幼苗叶片中流经PS Ⅱ和PS Ⅰ的电子传递速率ETR(Ⅱ)和ETR(Ⅰ),增大了环式电子传递量子产率和PS Ⅱ量子产率之比Y(CEF)/Y(Ⅱ)及氧化态质体醌PQ库大小,并增加了非辐射能量耗散NPQ,从而有利于在弱光下激发环式电子传递及促进过剩激发能耗散,从而减轻弱光胁迫下光抑制程度。4.通过叶片喷施GR24可以显著增强番茄幼苗叶片中抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化物酶POD及过氧化氢酶CAT的酶活性及其编码基因的表达水平,从而有效降低弱光下番茄幼苗中丙二醛MDA和过氧化氢H2O2含量,减少活性氧在叶片中的积累,进而降低脂质过氧化程度和活性氧损伤。5.这些结果表明外源GR24处理可以有效增强植物对弱光逆境的耐受性:首先,GR24可以提高弱光下植物的光能吸收利用率,从而减轻由于激发能过剩和活性氧积累引起的光氧化损伤;其次,GR24可以增强弱光下植物碳固定效率和光化学效率,从而提高光合速率并满足植物生长所需的能量,进而促进植物生长。本文研究将为进一步研究独脚金内酯在调控光合代谢的作用机制提供一些基础理论,并为作物高产栽培提供理论依据。
