论文摘要
本文以天津理工大学电气专业05级学生英语议论文作文中连接词的使用为研究对象,运用韩礼德和哈桑提出的英语语篇的衔接理论,从功能、频率、丰富度、口语化特征以及母语迁移等五个方面考查连接词使用的特征。研究表明,在被调查的120篇作文中连接词使用频率很高,丰富度较低,并体现出口语化的特征,这些主要与学生缺乏对连接词意义和功能的全面了解及教师对连接词使用的强调有关。此外,从上述特征来看汉语在这一过程中所起的迁移作用并不明显。
