论文摘要
悬钩子属Rubus隶属蔷薇科Rosacea,全球约700种,主要分布在北半球,我国约208种,139变种,分布在全国各地。贵州有60种24变种。本研究对贵州Rubus进行了较系统的分类学研究,包括文献查考、原植物形态鉴定、托叶性状研究,对《贵州植物志》种类进行了修订和补遗研究。通过大量调查研究,发现3个贵州地理新记录种,光果悬钩子Rubus glabricarpus W.C.Cheng、桔红悬钩子R.aurantiacus Focke、华中悬钩子R.cockburnianus Hemsley;6个贵州地理新记录变种,密腺羽萼悬钩子R.pinnatisepalus var.glandulosus Yu et Lu、绒毛梨叶悬钩子R.pirifolius var.tomentosus Ktze.、深裂锈毛莓R.reflexus var. lanceolobus Metc.、长萼棠叶悬钩子R.malifolius var. longispalus Yu et Lu、宽萼白叶莓R.innominatus var.macrosepalus Metc.、五叶白叶莓R.innominatus var. quinatus Bailey。何顺志教授于2006年发表悬钩子属植物一新种,即务川悬钩子R.wuchuanensis S.Z.He,为贵州悬钩子属植物新种。1个《贵州植物志》漏载种,即梵净山悬钩子R. fanjingshanensis L.T.Lu ex Boufford et al.。通过腊叶标本考证,结合野外考察,对贵州悬钩子属植物的种类、分布及形态描述进行了修订,编制了新的分种检索表。同时对《贵州植物志》记载的该属56种20变种进行了调查考证,结果发现有1种2变种未见到相应馆藏腊叶标本,有待进一步研究,即粉枝莓R.biflorus Buchanan-Hamilton ex Smith、腺毛黄脉莓R.xanthoneurus var.glandulosus T.T.Yu & L.T.Lu、和蜜腺白叶莓R.innominatus var.aralioides (Hance) T.T.Yu & L.T.Lu。对贵州65种悬钩子属植物托叶性状进行研究,结果表明,其中37种能够以托叶为依据鉴定到种,以此建立了检索表,为该属的准确鉴定提供了新的依据。
