聚苯胺(PANI)/无机粒子复合材料在电学、磁学、微波吸收、催化、电池材料以及化学传感器等领域具有良好的应用前景。本文采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备了50nm-571nm单分散球形SiO2超微粒子,通过正交试验设计,分析各原料配比对制备单分散球形SiO2的影响,得到各原料的最适宜配比。以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为掺杂剂采用化学氧化法制备了PANI,应用TEM、FT-IR及UV-vis光谱研究了PANI的结构及性能,并利用正交设计实验方法研究了不同原料配比对PANI粒径的影响。采用循环伏安法(CV曲线)研究了PANI的电化学性能。在SiO2的分散体系中,苯胺(ANI)原位聚合制备了PANI/SiO2复合粒子,研究了表面活性剂种类、反应温度、SiO2的表面改性对包覆效果的影响。结果表明:冰浴条件下,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对SiO2表面改性,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为掺杂剂,可制得核-壳结构PANI/SiO2复合材料。
