论文摘要
目的:评价义齿清洁剂对着色拜耳牙的洁美效果及清洁前后拜耳牙的色彩稳定性。 方法:将三组21号色拜耳中切牙分别用红酒、咖啡、绿茶浸泡染色4周后,用洁美片浸泡去除着色,用电子比色仪测定各组样本着色前后及清洁后的L*、a*、b*值,计算色差,并进行统计学分析。 结果:三组拜耳牙在着色后均表现出具临床意义的显著色差,经义齿清洁剂清洁后,色差减小至可接受程度。 结论:拜耳牙对不同饮食色素着色的色彩稳定性不同,义齿清洁剂对其洁美效果良好,值得肯定。
