作者姚杰(2019)在《高温高压深井射孔枪结构参数优化及数值模拟分析》一文中研究指出:高温高压深井中,射孔枪射孔前承受井筒压力;射孔爆轰过程中承受射孔瞬间的冲击波压力。盲孔处易出现应力集中现象,这都会使射孔枪的整体性和强度安全性都降低。因此,本文研究盲孔结构及深度、射孔参数对射孔枪强度的影响。利用ANSYS数值模拟分析方法,建立有限元模型,自由网格划分,两端施加固定全约束,改变外压,分析盲孔结构及深度对射孔枪抗外挤强度的影响。研究表明,采用孔密20孔/米,孔径10mm,相位角90°布孔,当盲孔结构不同,等深外盲孔高于不等深外盲孔;当盲孔深度在3.5-6.5mm时,抗外挤强度随着盲孔深度的增加而逐渐减小,降低31.46%,且当盲孔深度从5.5-6.5mm时,下降程度最大。改变内压,分析射孔参数对射孔枪抗内压强度的影响。研究表明,当孔密在8-24孔/米,抗内压强度随孔密的增加共降低约8.84%,且当孔密从16-20孔/米,降低程度最大,约降低6.78%;当孔径在4-18mm,射孔枪抗内压强度随孔径的增加总共降低约20.26%,且当孔径在4-6mm,降低程度最大,降低9.26%,影响显著;当相位角在30°-180°,抗内压强度随相位角增加而降低,约降低4.94%。本文得到盲孔结构及深度对射孔枪抗外挤强度的影响规律、射孔参数对射孔枪抗内压强度的影响规律,进行结构优化设计,给出最优值和荐选值,为射孔枪强度安全性评价提供参考。
