目的:1.探讨不同血液净化方式对慢性肾衰患者血清leptin的影响。2.探讨原癌基因c-myc、c-fos在自发性高血压大鼠肾脏的表达。3.探讨缬沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠肾脏的保护作用。 方法:选择本院血液净化中心的维持性血液透析（MHD）患者60例,分成3组:血液透析（HD）组,血液滤过（HF）组,血液灌流（HP）组。3组均采用费森尤斯透析机,碳酸氢盐透析液。其中HD组应用费森尤斯F6聚砜膜透析器,HF组采用费森尤斯F60聚砜膜透析器,HP组采用珠海丽珠医用材料有限公司生产的HA型一次性使用无菌血液灌流器。正常对照组20例,均来自本院门诊健康体检人员。采用放射免疫法检测治疗前后及对照组血清Leptin水平。 55周龄自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）24只,雌雄各半;同龄Wister京都大鼠（WKY）12只,雌雄各半。随机分组如下（n=12）:1.WKY对照组,每天蒸馏水灌胃1次;2.SHR对照组,每天蒸馏水灌胃1次;3.SHR-缬沙坦组,缬沙坦20mg/（kg. d）灌胃。经上述处理12周后,进行如下检测:（1） 血液指标检测:血浆肾素活性（PRA）（以AngⅠ产生的速率来表示）、AngⅡ、ALD水平（2） RT-PCR法检测c-fos、c-myc在肾脏组织的表达:（3） 免疫组化检测肾脏c-myc、c-fos蛋白的表达 结果: （一）慢性肾衰患者血清leptin水平明显高于健康对照组,HD对血清瘦素水平无明显影响,HF和HP可以显著降低CRF患者血清leptin水平,且HP优于
