汉英口译中的语用失误研究

论文摘要

口译,作为重要的跨文化交际手段,由于其快速的信息传递及有效的跨文化沟通优势,在国际交往日益频繁的当今社会中越来越被广泛的应用。随着改革开放及经济全球化的发展,越来越多的国际会议选择在中国召开,对优秀的口译人才的需求与日俱增。国内外对于口译的研究也越来越广泛,越来越深入。本论文从语用学语用失误的角度对汉英口译进行研究,以分析口译中的语用失误所产生的原因及对口译质量的影响,并进一步探讨在口译中减少、避免语用失误的方法策略。口译是一种跨文化交际的方式。不同文化之间存在着各种文化差异,不同的语言之间存在着各种语用差异,导致了跨文化交际中的语用失误。语用失误的概念是由Jenny Thomas博士于1983年在《跨文化语用失误》中提出的。它指的是跨文化交际中的不恰当表达,与语言失误是不同的概念。从跨文化语用学的角度研究口译中的语言现象有助于更全面地评估口译质量,并让口译员在学习、实践的过程中有意识地减少、避免口译中的语用失误,从而取得更好的口译效果。
