Localization: a Perspective for Traditional Chinese Medicine Inserts Translation

近年来,中医药受到国际社会前所未有的关注,医药市场的国际化速度加快。药品说明书作为介绍药品的重要资料,在中药国际化进程中扮演着重要角色,为药品和患者之间架起了必要的信息桥梁。然而目前的说明书翻译质量差强人意,难以达到药品信息的传递功能,严重影响了中药的国际化进程。为了更好地介绍和推广中药,准确翻译药品说明书就显得格为重要。本文通过文本分析和问卷调查,详细了解中药说明书目前翻译状况。继而透过本地化视角,重点从社会、文化的角度出发审视中药说明书的翻译原则,同时将中药说明书按照功能模块化整为零,系统探讨其每项构成要素的具体特点,分别指出了中药说明书的药品名称、功能主治、成分等几大模块的翻译策略及包装调整策略,以期为中药说明书提供本地化模型。
