译前准备对同声传译中预测影响分析的初步探索

论文摘要

本篇论文应用同声传译中的认知负荷模型、关联理论及其他认知心理学方面的理论,分别对译前准备和同声传译中的预测策略的研究做了探讨,进而结合两者,试图找出之间的联系,旨在阐释并证明译前准备对同传中的预测策略可以产生作用并可以提高预测的准确度从而提高口译成效。本篇论文采用实验研究的方法,以厦门大学口译专业3年级研究生为受试。实验中,受试者被分成了两组(实验组和控制组)。由于分组是随意的,其语言熟练程度相当,文化背景知识相当,所以这两项可以作为常数。通过对同一篇演讲进行“出声思维”(TAJP)来测试两组人员预测的准确度,对所得数据进行分析后,作者得出结论:1.译前准备对同传中的预测产生积极的影响并降低了其错误或偏差的几率。2.预测的准确程度大部分是在“准确”和“相关”之间,“精确”和“完全偏离”几率最小。3.有准备的译员在测试中的“出声预测”更有逻辑性,更顺畅;并且翻译的质量也更好。关于译前准备对预测影响的研究还尚不足,本文作为在此问题的初步探索,对今后的研究具有一定的启发意义。
